The present invention relates to a retractable shelf arrangement inside a vehicle; including a utility vehicle such as a van. There are more or less fixed van interior arrangements such as those of GB 2 212 384. However, users sometimes wish to benefit from more modularity of the interior volume of the van; thus according to GB 2348797, there are provided mounted shelves folding on a vertical frame. However the maintenance of the shelves in their horizontal position is ensured only by a flexible belt that passes to the front of the shelves and this solution seems possible only for extremely light loads. Document JP3136940 discloses a shelf placed just under the roof of the van, maintained in a horizontal position by hooks, but likely to tilt down to facilitate its loading. The object of the invention is to provide a retractable shelf arrangement that does not encroach on the ground and is very robust to support relatively high loads. The invention achieves its goal thanks to a retractable shelf arrangement inside a vehicle comprising a substantially horizontal roof and a substantially vertical adjacent wall, the shelf comprising a shelf movable between two respectively horizontal and substantially vertical positions, the tablet having a hinged rear portion hinged to a fixed horizontal axis and a displaceable front portion, characterized in that said front portion is held by a retaining arm device pivotally mounted on said front portion to one of its ends and on the other hand mounted pivoting at its other end on a member sliding in a fixed slideway orthogonal to said fixed horizontal axis, so that the tablet can assume a horizontal position in which its front portion is suspended via from said holding arm device to said fixed slide, and a substantially vertical position ale above the fixed horizontal axis in which the holding arm device is disposed in a position close to the horizontal. Thus, when the shelf is in its extended horizontal position, it is firmly held on one side by the fixed horizontal axis and on the other by the retaining arm or arms, which makes it possible to secure relatively heavy loads. on the bookshelf. When the shelf is in its raised or retracted position, the retaining arm which is no longer used to retain the shelf but remains connected to it is disposed in substantially lying down position and therefore has little space. The arm device preferably comprises two arms arranged on each side of the tablet and connected to two parallel rails. The arms can be part of a frame disposed at the front of the tablet and hinged to it, this frame can be open or even include an access door. ~ o The slides can be integrated into a frame on which is also mounted the hinge about the fixed horizontal axis at the back of the tablet. Such a rigid frame makes it possible to easily handle the shelf like a block and to fix it easily in the interior volume of the vehicle, for example by screwing or welding, to the roof of the vehicle and / or on a vertical wall which may be a partition. or a side wall of the van. The frame may comprise two horizontal bars in the extension of the slides and two vertical elements, such as vertical bars. Said vertical elements can be connected by a vertical shelf bottom, or constitute the sides of such a bottom. The tablet is not necessarily full; it can be perforated, be in the form of a grid consisting of bars interconnected. It is possible to provide lateral cheeks serving as a stop for the load on the shelf, at least on the side of the front of the vehicle. These cheeks are retractable, and fold for example vertically on the back 25 of the shelf, or horizontally on the shelf that is itself standing vertically. An operating handle may be provided to facilitate the handling of the tablet between its two positions. It is advantageous to provide a latch in at least the retracted position when the shelf is lifted vertically, this latch being able to be placed at any place to block one of the movable elements of the assembly. For example, the latch may directly lock the front edge of the shelf, or may be disposed on the slider or sliding member itself to lock in the slider said slidable member connected to the shelf retaining arm. The deployed position may be geometrically stable and dispense with a lock, but a lock may also be provided for this position. It can be the same lock as the retracted position, especially if it is a lock provided on the sliding member itself. It is possible to add assistance organs to the deployment or lifting of the tablet, for example in the form of spring or pressurized jack which accumulate energy when moving from one position to another and return it In the opposite way. The invention advantageously applies to a van-type vehicle comprising a rear door having a certain opening jig; the arrangement of the invention is provided between the roof of the van and a side wall, the shelf being in its extended position substantially in the opening jig and in its folded position substantially outside the door opening template. It is thus possible to load goods inside the van without being disturbed by the shelf if it is folded. But it is also possible to load directly from the back door of the truck goods in the shelf if it is deployed. In the rear door, it is also possible to provide a hatch corresponding to the location of the shelf deployed for loading goods such as tubes or the like directly into the latter. Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the following description of several embodiments. Reference is made to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a schematic half-section of a tablet arrangement in a van according to the invention, the tablet being in an extended position, FIG. 2 is a half-section schematic of a tablet arrangement in a van according to the invention, the tablet being in the retracted position, FIGS. 3 and 4 are perspective views of the tablet arrangement of FIGS. 1 and 2; FIG. A perspective view of a detail of an embodiment of a side-cheek pad, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of another embodiment of a front-walled tablet.
Figures 1 and 2 show the transverse profile of a van, with its horizontal roof 1 and its right vertical side wall 2. There is shown by two dashed lines the jig 3 of the rear loading door of the van, which follows more or less parallel roof 1 and the wall 2, at a distance. The inner liners of the roof 1 and the wall 2 have not been shown. The shelf 10 of the invention comprises a rectangular shelf 11 articulated at the rear on pivots 12 fixed on or with respect to the side wall 2 by means not shown. The two pivots 12 allow pivoting about a horizontal axis 12-12 parallel to the wall 2. At the front, the shelf 12 is articulated on two arms 13 by means of a first pivot 14 connected to the shelf 12 and a second pivot 15 mounted in a sliding member such as a carriage which slides in a rectilinear slideway 16 which is fixed under the roof 1 or with respect thereto by means not shown.
The two slides 16 are orthogonal to the horizontal axis 12-12 of the pivots 12. The pivot axes 14-14 and 15-15 are parallel to the axis 12-12. The terms slider and slider must be taken in a very general sense; it can be lights receiving a sliding button, rails mounted by a carriage, or any kind of sliding guide.
In a practical but not mandatory manner, the slide 16 can be extended by a horizontal bar 17, or be formed in such a bar 17. A vertical bar 18 is connected at right angles to the end of the bar 17 and supports its lower part the pivot 12. In this way, the rigid assembly 16-17-18 forms a transportable frame that can be easily attached to two or even a single wall of the van, the roof 1 or the side wall 2. In its deployed position shown in Figures 1 and 3, the shelf 11 is in a horizontal position, held on the one hand by the pivots 12 on the side of the vertical wall 2 and on the other hand suspended on the opposite side to the arms in tension 13 , the carriage of the second pivot 15 of the arms 13 then being in abutment with the end of the slide 16 directed towards the side wall 2. In this position, the tablet can receive suitable loads, introduced either not the front of the tablet either on the sides of e thereof, between the arms 13 and the bars 18. As seen in Figure 1, the template 3 of the rear door and the side of the shelf have a significant intersection area which gives the faculty of insert directly from the back door objects to place on the shelf, for example pipes. Under the effect of the load on the tablet and the stop of the carriage in its slide, the deployed position of the tablet is naturally stable.
By pushing up the shelf 14 by its front edge, it folds vertically in the retracted position of Figures 2 and 4 against the side wall 2. During this folding, the arm 13 pushes the carriage of its pivot 15 first to left in the slide 16 and then pulls it again to the right in its slide 16. The final retracted position is not naturally stable io but can be preserved thanks to a lock 19 which comes for example, hook the edge of the tablet 11 to the wall 2. The latch 19 may be provided at any other location in the path of the movable parts of the shelf, and in particular on the slide or the sliding member. It goes back from the retracted position to the deployed position by the 15 reverse movements. According to one possibility shown in FIG. 5, it is possible to provide one or more removable cheeks articulated at their base on the sides of the tablet 11. When the cheeks 20 are raised, they abut against the arm 13 and / or the bar 18 and serve as a load stop; they are held in place either because they are arranged a little beyond their vertical position, or because they cooperate with a temporary mechanical or magnetic holding device. When we want to fold the shelf, we fold the cheeks 20 horizontal position 20 'on the shelf 11, then folds the shelf according to the steps seen above.
30 According to Figure 6, there is illustrated the possibility of connecting the two support arms 13 by cross members 21 forming a kind of frame at the front of the shelf, this frame may include a door (not shown). It is also possible to provide between the rear bars 18 or in their place a shelf bottom 22 vertical. 30
