Ces agrafes, généralement en matière plastique, sont introduites dans des trous de poinçonnage carrés. Ces trous donnent une orientation angulaire précise à l'agrafe. Par suite il est nécessaire de changer l'orientation angulaire du trou de poinçonnage lorsque l'on souhaite modifier l'orientation du câblage. Cette opération est complexe à réaliser. De plus, l'orientation du câblage est définie une fois pour toute. Cela ne permet pas un changement d'orientation du câblage. La présente invention a précisément pour objet une agrafe rotative de fixation de câblage qui remédie à ces inconvénients. Grâce à ces caractéristiques, il est possible de faire varier l'orientation angulaire de l'agrafe supérieure par rapport à l'agrafe inférieure, et donc par conséquent par rapport à la tôlerie. Les changements d'orientation angulaire se produisent par pas correspondant à l'angle entre deux dents successives du profil. Il est possible de rendre ce pas angulaire très petit, par exemple quelques degrés, en choisissant une dentition suffisamment fine. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré l'agrafe supérieure comporte une bille solidaire de la couronne dentée qui vient se clipser dans un trou complémentaire de l'agrafe inférieure de manière à fixer l'agrafe supérieure sous l'agrafe inférieure. De préférence, l'agrafe inférieure comporte des nervures permettant de la fixer par clipsage dans le trou carré de la tôlerie du véhicule automobile.
