Abstract

The device has a ring fixed to an exterior wall in a flanning of a window, and a knot rope (2) for avoiding rapid descending, where an end of the rope is terminated by a lifting hook. The hook is provided with a snap (4) interlocked in the ring. Another end of the rope includes a bag (5) receiving a baby, a child, an animal or document, where the bag is provided with three straps (6) for maintaining contents in the bag during descending of the bag.

.. des étages supérieurs lors d'un incendie, en éliminant le risque de défenestration que la personne effectue pour échapper au feu, aux gaz, à la fumée, à l'asphyxie...DTD: Traditionnellement, chaque année des centaines de victimes se défenestrent (handicap à vie, décès) avant l'arrivée des pompiers. Et même dans les cas où les services d'incendie déploient à temps une bâche de saut, le risque de blessures, d' handicap à vie, n'est pas éliminé. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. I il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un anneau métallique fixé au mu extérieur dans l'embrasure d'une ouverture, d'une fenêtre.... (1) selon une deuxième caractéristique, une corde ignifugée pouvant supporter, au minimum, un poids de 600 kilogrammes (2), présentant un noeud (3) tous les 75 centimètres, noeud destiné à éviter une descente trop rapide qui pourrait, entre autre chauffer les paumes de la main. L' extrémité se termine par un crochet de levage équipé d'un tourillon et d'un mousqueton (4). Mousqueton qui est destiné à s'enclencher dans l'anneau précité. Selon une troisième caractéristique l'autre extrémité comporte un sac (5) suffisamment volumineux et pouvant supporter un poids, minimum, de 40 kilogrammes, éventuellement destiné à recevoir un bébé, enfant, un animal....lequel sac (caractéristique n 3) est équipé de deux ou trois sangles (6) destinées à maintenir l'enfant dans le sac lors de la descente du sac. Il faut cependant noter que le dispositif peut aussi fonctionner sans le sac.Fig.1et 3 Lors de l'installation de ce dispositif dans un immeuble d'habitation de plusieurs étages,il faut prévoir une disposition alternée des anneaux, à savoir, au premier étage un anneau fixé sur le côté droit de la fenêtre, au second étage, un anneau fixé sur le côté gauche de la fenêtre etc....(Fig. 2) Selon les modalités d'emplois de ce dispositif, la caractéristique n 4 prévoit le remplacement de l'anneau métallique (1) , par une barre métallique ou autre matériau équipé de deux, trois, quatre, cinq ... anneaux destinés à recevoir deux, trois, quatre.... cordes de descente. Cette barre selon la caractéristique n 5 peut être fixe (Fig. 4) ou mobile (Fig. 5). L'ensemble de ce dispositif étant particulièrement destiné aux Auberges de la jeunesse, colonies de vacances, salles festives, locaux recevant plusieurs dizaine de personnes et dont, trop souvent un seul escalier, voir en bois, ne permet pas une évacuation efficace. -2- Selon la caractéristique n 6 l'ensemble du dispositif , corde et sac, peut être contenu dans une coque plastique, ou autre, de visuel similaire à un extincteur, comprenant deux demi coques, ces deux demi coques servant de base au sac. Pour assurer une inviolabilité de la coque, un plomb de garantie sera fixé de chaque côté de l'ensemble des deux demi coques, lorsqu'elles seront réunies pour former le cylindre renfermant le sac et la corde.
