Dans le mode de réalisation représenté sur la figure 1, le dossier 4 est équipé d'un appui-tête 6 porté par un support 7 et mobile en translation dans le corps même du dossier 4. Le support 7 est relié à l'armature 5 par une liaison 8 autorisant la 30 translation du support 7 par rapport à l'armature 5.
