Abstract

The stirrup has two lateral sides for forming a groove with a dorsal wall, where the stirrup is made of injected or molded plastic material. An assembly unit assembles two ends of the stirrup, where each end carries a fraction of the assembly unit. The assembly unit is presented in the form of a tab carrying saw teeth (5A) that is stuck with a stop block, where the stop block forms a passage in which the tab is engaged. The teeth are spreaded on two opposite surfaces, and are moved in rows along a longitudinal axis of the stirrup.

Le dépliage accidentel des languettes est possible et c'est pourquoi on utilise des languettes épaisses. Pour plier ces languettes, il faut souvent faire appel à un outil. 20 Pour retirer la paroi extrême maintenue sur l'extrémité du cylindre, cela est simple pour la frette avec genouillère mais un peu plus compliqué avec le verrouillage par languette. Bien souvent, on fait appel à une pince coupante pour sectionner la frette. Le métal coupé présente alors des bords coupants. 25 L'invention se propose d'apporter une solution aux problèmes évoqués. A cet effet l'invention se rapporte à une frette pour maintenir une paroi extrême sur un fût notamment à bord roulé comprenant deux flanc latéraux pour former, avec une paroi dorsale, une gorge et comportant à chacune des extrémités une fraction d'un moyen d'assemblage des deux extrémités, cette frette étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle 30 est en matériau dit plastique injecté ou moulé et en ce que le moyen d'assemblage se 2908394 2 présente sous la forme d'une languette portant des redans venant en prise avec des butés que présente un passage dans lequel est engagé la languette. Lorsque cette frette est mise en place, 10 l'un 3 des flanc latéraux vient s'appuyer sur la paroi d'extrémité et l'autre flanc 4 vient soit s'emboîter dans une gorge externe du fût cylindrique soit en applique sur un bourrelet. Cette frette comprend un moyen 5 d'assemblage des deux extrémités de la frette, chaque extrémité portant une fraction de ce moyen d'assemblage. 15 Avantageusement, la frette est en matériau dit plastique injecté ou moulé et le moyen d'assemblage se présente sous la forme d'une languette portant des redans 5A venant en prise avec des butés 5B que présente un passage dans lequel est engagé la languette. Les redans sont épais et les butés sont logées dans une sorte de cage. Les redans sont portés par une languette qui est engagée progressivement dans la cage précitée. 20 Avantageusement, les redans épais sont portés par des faces opposées et sont décalés en quinconce selon l'axe longitudinal de la frette, les butés étant également décalées et portées par des faces en vis à vis d'une cage. Ainsi lorsque la frette est serrée, plusieurs redans coopèrent avec plusieurs butés ce qui offre une bonne résistance 25 Le fait de prévoir des redans épais impose une déformation suffisante de la matière pour que le redan passe derrière une butée. Si les redans n'étaient pas décalés ( positionnement en quinconce), la porte par laquelle passe les redans devrait se déformer de deux fois l'épaisseur du redan. Pour cela il faudrait apporter de la souplesse et donc une moins bonne tenue. 2908394 3 Ainsi dans le cas de figure des redans décalés, on peut considérer que pour le passage de la languette portant les redans celle ci se déplace à la manière d'un serpent pour passer chaque butée aidée en cela par le plan incliné du redan. Par contre, lorsqu'on exerce une traction dans le sens du retrait, la languette a tendance à se redresser et ne permet plus le franchissement de la butée en sens inverse. On a donc constitué une nouvelle frette qui ne peut être retirée accidentellement sauf à la sectionner.
