Abstract

The device has two enlarged parts (3) inserted in orifices of narrowed parts (2) to block ends of the scarf such that the scarf is not opened without an external intervention, where weaving direction of a mesh of the narrowed parts permits elasticity of the orifices. The narrowed parts have identical dimensions, and ends of the scarf have dimensions higher than sides of the narrowed parts, where a main band of the scarf has variable length. The orifices accommodate the ends of the scarf.

Description

Titre : Système de fermeture d'une écharpe ou toute autre pièce de tissus,Title: Closing System Of A Scarf Or Any Other Piece Of Cloth,

Principle: The present invention relates to a closure system of a scarf (or a piece of tissue) consisting of 5 distinct parts: the central O-band, the constricted parts O and O 'and the parts O and O'. This system allows a self-maintenance of the piece of clothing thus avoiding the user always having to put it back in place so that it does not fall.

The device according to the invention provides 2 narrow portions O and O 'each forming an orifice and 2 wider portions O and O' consecutively identical. Being simply located each opposite the central band O, we will endeavor to describe a single principle of closure of the scarf; they are nonetheless interchangeable because they can simply be used in one direction (right side entering in the left side) or in the other direction (left side entering in the right side) according to the effect desired by the user. Here is the constitution / visualization of the scarf illustrated in FIGURE 1 in the appendix: part O'- tightened part O'- band O central - part tightened O - part O. .o Description: Band O knitted wool ( or woven ...) vertically, having a fixed width but may be of variable length depending on the desired end use; this band may be made of fabrics or any other knitted mesh. The band O, whose appearance pretends to be of a single thickness, narrows on each side at the desired place of closure. It becomes tighter to reach the required size at the beginning of the constricted part O. The constricted part O forms the beginning of the closure of the scarf. Its size is proportional to the width chosen for the manufacture of the band O corresponding to about half (1/2) of the width of the latter that it extends centrally. Of identical length and width, the constricted part O is knitted or woven horizontally (in opposition to the vertical mesh of the band O) thus allowing a gradual tightening. The constricted part 0 is presented and has the appearance of a mesh doubled in thickness.

This hole is intended to accommodate the other end of the scarf, closing it and allowing a self-hold locked by the part O. Part O extends the constricted part; it closes the orifice by being or generally taking the appearance of a single thickness. Part O is wider than the constricted part O. The tests carried out aesthetically recommend a dimension corresponding to 2/3 of the width of the band O. These dimensions are not limiting. The principle of the invention simply having a part O wider than the orifice formed by the constricted part O. By its shape thus widened, the part O allows the blocking of the ends of the scarf. Conclusion: In this case illustrated by FIGURE 3 in the appendix, the use of the closure of the scarf can be described as follows. o Insertion of the part O in the hole of the constricted part 'until blocking by the central band O. o The tightened part O is blocked (wedged) in the hole formed by the 2 thicknesses of the constricted part 'o The locking of the closure of the scarf is done thanks to the enlarged shape of the part O which can not therefore more out. o In this example, the part O 'is in this case inoperative, and plays a purely aesthetic role, s ao
