Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce qu'il industrialise la fabrication des regards de béton comprenant un fond en plastique en utilisant le fond plastique comme insert lors du moulage de la partie en béton. Il regroupe l'ensemble des sous-ensembles nécessaires à la fabrication du regard et facilite son démoulage en assurant le retrait motorisé du noyau et de l'enveloppe qui deviennent disponibles pour la prochaine fabrication. Selon une autre caractéristique, le béton utilisé est du type B30. Cette classe de béton autorise un séchage et donc un démoulage très rapide du regard Afin de position correctement l'insert plastique formant le fond du regard dans l'enveloppe qui moule les 2903335 - 3 - parois extérieures du regard la base constituant l'extrémité haute du noyau adopte une forme conique afin de faciliter le positionnement du fond plastique.
