Les différents organes mécaniques subissent ainsi une forte oxydation. access to a tank of a concrete mixer, to allow cleaning, or maintenance operations. In the field of kneaders, it is known, for example, such a device comprising a fixed vessel into which are introduced the various components to be kneaded, and at least one rotary kneading train, to stir mixing components present in the tank. The mixer has one or more access doors hinged to the side wall of the tank to allow maintenance operations or cleaning. These doors are hinged by hinges. The mixer is intended for the preparation of concrete, especially for stirring a mixture of dry and wet components. The different mechanical organs thus undergo a strong oxidation.
In particular, the hinges of the doors require regular lubrication. The hinges of the doors are constituted by hinges having, in particular, an upper branch and a lower branch hinged about an axis. However, during the mixing phase, the upper and lower branches exert on the axis shear forces due to vibration, damaging the joint. The object of the present invention is to provide a door that overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks, in particular that does not require regular lubrication of these joints. Another object of the invention is to provide an insulated door of the vibrations of the kneader. Other aims and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, which is given for information only and which is not intended to limit it. The invention relates to a door, in particular adapted to allow access to a tank of a concrete mixer to allow its cleaning, constituted by an opening hinged to a frame by means of hinges, each hinge having an upper branch and a lower branch pivoting about a grease lubricated axis. According to the invention, the upper branch has a bore for at least one bearing whose inner diameter cooperates in rotation with the bearing surface of said axis, said at least one bearing being disposed protruding from the upper outlet end of said bore to form a collar of mounting and provided to cooperate with a cap from closing the bore and constitute a reserve grease. The invention will be better understood on reading the following description, accompanied by the single drawing in appendix which forms an integral part thereof. Figure 1 illustrates, in a vertical section, a hinge of a door according to the invention. The invention relates to a door, especially designed to allow access to a tank of a concrete mixer to allow cleaning or maintenance operations. The door is constituted by an opening 2 hinged to a frame 3 by means of hinges 4. Each hinge 4 has an upper branch 5 and a lower branch 6 pivoting about a grease lubricated axis 7. According to the invention, the upper branch 5 has a bore 20 for at least one bearing 81, 82 whose inner diameter cooperates in rotation with the bearing of said axis. Said at least bearing 81 is disposed protruding from the upper outlet end of said bore 20 to form a mounting flange 9 and adapted to cooperate with a cap from closing said bore 2.0 and constitute a grease reservoir. The cap is thus lined with grease and allows the lubrication of the hinges for a long time. The cap 10 may have an inner recess, in particular conical. It may have a circular shoulder 12 provided to engage with the mounting flange 9. A washer 20 mounted around the axis 7 may be disposed between the upper branch 5 and the lower branch 6 of the hinge 4. According to an illustrated example , two pads 81, 82 are received in the bore 20 of the upper branch 5. According to an exemplary embodiment, the lower branch 6 has a stud (not shown) constituting the axis 7. According to another illustrated embodiment in Figure 1, the axis is constituted by a rod 13. The lower branch 6 of the hinge 4 then has a bore, of diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the rod, and adapted to receive the latter. According to an exemplary embodiment illustrated in Figure 1, the bore of the lower branch 6 is provided through. The lower branch 6 of the hinge can be inserted into a guide 14 secured to the frame. The guide 14 allows a relative movement of the lower branch 6 relative to the frame in a single degree of freedom, in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the branch 6.
The guide 14 may further have a recessed housing 15 provided to receive the lower end of the rod 14, thus ensuring the attachment of the lower leg 6 to the frame 3 by inhibiting the last degree of freedom. As illustrated in Figure 1, according to an exemplary embodiment, the upper leg 5 of the hinge 4 can be inserted into a longitudinal guide 16 secured to the opening 2. The guide 16 allows a relative movement of the upper branch 5 relative to the frame 2 in a single degree of freedom, in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the upper branch 5. Advantageously, the upper branch 5 can be mounted to move relative to the guide 16, the amplitude of the relative movements of the upper branch 5 with respect to the guide 16 being limited by an anti-vibratory elastic device 17. The upper branch 5 may in particular have an oblong hole 18 whose major axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the branch 5.
This hole is traversed by an elastic member 19 secured to the opening, of generally circular section, able to move in a limited manner along the major axis of the oblong hole. The door may have a lower hinge and an upper hinge. The antivibration elastic device 18 may be provided on the upper hinge only. Naturally, other modes of implementation, within the reach of those skilled in the art, could have been envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention.
