Abstract
Description
Les lignes de pliage sont obtenues par un amincissement de matiere, compression en pratique. visibility and accessibility of the elements of the improved content without sacrificing the maintenance and stability of said elements, as well as a blank for the realization of the box meal tray. For example, US-2004/0178253 discloses a compartmental storage box for items that are food and / or beverages and / or their containers and / or accessories (cutlery, spices ...) and which allows the transport and food consumption. This box has a closed storage portion having a compartmental upper plane and on which can be folded a lid portion, flat. If the transport of the elements is done in good conditions since the compartmental upper plan of the storage area is very distant from the bottom of the box, the plane cover coming down directly on this higher plane, and the elements resting on the bottom being able to therefore title retained (here passively) at their upper part, for against elements of lower height, not reaching the upper plane of the storage part, no maintenance is possible and they can move in their compartment. In addition, in this box, the elements are visible only from above, the closed storage part masking their other faces. Finally, the elements being retained at their upper part and the lid part falling on the compartmental top plane, they do not substantially exceed said plane and are therefore very difficult to extract (for example for a container of a drink that must title door to mouth), this being even more difficult for elements of lower height. The present invention therefore proposes, among other problems, to solve these difficulties by proposing a compartmentalized box whose storage part is of low height and whose cover is at a distance from said storage part when the box is closed and which puts in a box active holding means in the form of tongues resting against the elements. In addition, depending on the shape of the tongue and the stored element, it is possible to temper an anti-extraction means (extended base of the element abutting against the tongues during an extraction attempt). Thus, the present invention relates to a meal tray for storing, transporting and consuming a set of elements, particularly to the type of food and / or drinks and / or their containers and / or accessories (cutlery, condiments ...), the meal-tray box comprising a storage portion of the elements and a lid portion that can be folded over the storage portion to terminate the box, the storage portion having a bottom, a top plane with openings for partitioning (includes openings for access to the interior of the storage part, at least one of the elements being stored in a given compartment) and peripheral walls, the lid portion having a lid forming an upper face of the housing meal tray opposite to the bottom when the box-meal tray is closed. According to the invention, the meal-tray box is obtained from a single blank of a pre-cut material and folds over itself and in that when the box-meal tray is closed, the upper face is at a distance from the upper plane of the storage part, the lid part having peripheral faces oriented towards the bottom and coming to fit around the peripheral walls of the storage part, one of the peripheral faces said connecting face being integral with the part of storage and providing an articulated connection between the two parts, and in that at least one of the openings of the upper plane of the storage portion comprises at least one pair of tabs arranged on the edge of the opening, the tabs of a pair opposing, vis-à-vis the opening, each tab connecting to the edge of the opening along a fold line part) to fold at least partially towards the interior of the storage part said l Angle allows to fade the passage of the element in the storage part then its maintenance, the tabs bearing at least partially elastic support (the elasticity is relative and depends on the material used) against said element. In various embodiments of the invention, the following means, which can be used alone or in any technically possible combination, are employed: at least two cutting lines are made at the ends of the tongue (on the return of the edge the opening, that is to say the width in the case of a rectangular opening with tab on the length) - the bottom of the storage portion has legs protruding in the plane of said bottom and intended to serve as at least one of the partitioning openings having tabs is substantially square or rectangular and comprises at least one pair of tabs, - the four corners of a box. substantially square or rectangular subdivision openings are rounded, - at least one of the partitioning openings having tabs is substantially rectangular and comprises ux tabs arranged on the lengths of the edge of the opening, - the ratio of the height of the box-tray closed on the height of the storage part is greater than 1.5, the minimum height of the storage part being 1 cm, 25 - the ratio of the height of the box-meal closed on the height of the storage part is about 3.5, the height of the storage part being about 2 cm, - the box - Closed meal tray is parallelepipedic rectangle, - The box-meal tray measures approximately 7cm in height, 30 40cm in length, 27cm in width, the height of the storage part being approximately 2cm, - The box-meal tray, when it is closed, is parallelepipedic rectangle, that it measures approximately 7cm of height, 40cm of length, 27cm of width, the height of 35 Ia part of storage being approximately of 2cm, - the tabs have a width (between their free edge against ('element stores and their edge the of the partial fold line) less than or equal to the height of the storage part, the tabs have a width (between their free edge against the stored element and their edge along the partial fold line) less than the height of the storage part, - the lateral peripheral faces of the lid part have oblique weakening lines towards their ends, - the meal-tray box comprises at least one closing locking means constitutes, on the part of cover, an ear in extension of the peripheral end face opposite the connecting face and, on the storage part, a corresponding orifice (slot) located at the lower part of the corresponding peripheral wall, the orifice of which the bottom edge corresponds to the bottom, so that the folded ear fits into the hole and against the bottom in the interior of the storage part, at least one of the stored elements comprises a base resting on the bottom of the the storage part, base extended relative to the part of said element in relation to the tongues in order to prevent (at least to make difficult) extraction of said element out of the storage part. The invention also relates to a blank for producing the meal-tray box having one or more of the characteristics previously listed, and in which the blank is a sheet of a cutting material and on which folding lines have been made and of weakening, the blank being generally elongated with two opposite edges along the length and two edges opposite extremities on the width, the blank comprising from one end to the other: - a front panel of the front side continuing the along a fold line by an upper face panel, the upper face panel continuing along a fold line by a connecting face panel, the front peripheral face panel continuing at both ends thereof by folding wings, the connecting front panel continuing at its two lateral ends by foldable wings, the upper face panel continuing at both ends by panels of peripheral side faces foldable, this first set of panels being intended to form the lid part, the binding face panel continuing along a weakening line by: - a bottom panel, the bottom panel continuing along a fold line by an anterior peripheral wall panel, the anterior peripheral wall panel continuing along a fold line by a top plan panel with subdivision openings, the plan sign upper wall continuing along a fold line by a posterior peripheral wall panel intended to come against the connecting panel in the box, the posterior peripheral wall panel continuing along a fold line by a panel of posterior attachment, the front peripheral wall panel continuing at its two lateral ends by folding wings, the upper plane panel continuing to its two lateral ends by panels of peripheral side walls foldable then by lateral fastening panels, the posterior peripheral wall panel continuing at its two lateral ends by folding wings, this second set of panels being intended to form the part of storage, and at least one of the openings of the upper plane of the storage portion comprises at least one pair of tabs arranged on the edge of the opening, the tabs of a pair being opposite, vis-à-vis I ' opening, each tongue being connected to the edge of the opening along a fold line part) to fold at least partially towards the interior of the storage portion said tongue so as to fade the passage of ('element in the storage part then its maintenance, the tabs bearing at least partially elastic support (the elasticity is relative and depends on the material used) against said e LEMENT. The present invention, without it being so far limited, will now be exemplified with the following description 5 in relation to the following figures: Ia Figure 1 which shows a view of a blank predecoupe and before folding and intended to achieve FIGS. 2A, 2B, 2C, which represent different stages of realization of a meal-tray box of the invention, in which the blank intended for making a tray-box is shown in FIG. The meal is flat and not yet folded. This blank is preferably in a cardboard type material but in variants iI can be composite board (with plastic film or other), or even plastic. In Figure 1, the blank is a The shape is generally elongated (approximately rectangular) with two opposite edges along the length and two opposite end edges across the width. The blank allows the realization of a meal tray with a lid part and a storage part. For the lid portion, the blank comprises from a first end (left in FIG. 1) to the other, an anterior peripheral face panel 1 continuing along a fold line 19 by a upper face panel 2, the upper face panel 2 continuing along a fold line 19 by a connecting face panel 3, the front peripheral panel 25 1 continuing to its two ends Iaterales by wings 1 'folding, the connecting face panel 3 continuing at its two ends Iaterales flaps 1' foldable, the upper face panel 2 continuing at its two ends Iaterales by panels of peripheral faces 30 Iaterales 9, 10 foldable . Cut-outs 22 are made so that the wings 1 ', 3' can be folded and fixed (preferably glued) on the lateral peripheral faces 9, 10. In an alternative, the wings comprise a diagonal weakening line and are folded into triangle for title folded and fixed. Ears 16 are arranged at the end of the blank and are intended to lock the meal-tray in the closed position, For the storage part, a bottom panel 4 which continues the connecting face panel 3 along a weakening line 18, the bottom panel 4 continuing along a fold line 19 through an anterior peripheral wall panel 5, the anterior peripheral wall panel 5 continuing along a fold line 19 by a top plane panel 6 with partitioning apertures 21, the upper plane panel 6 continuing along a fold line 19 by a posterior peripheral wall panel 7 intended to come against the connecting panel in the box , the posterior peripheral wall panel 7 continuing along a fold line 19 by a posterior fastening panel 8, the anterior peripheral wall panel 5 continuing at its two lateral ends by wings 5 ' foldable, the upper plane panel 6 continuing at its two lateral ends by panels of peripheral side walls folding 1 1, 12 and then by lateral fixing panels 13, 14, the posterior peripheral wall panel 7 continuing at both its ends. lateral ends by wings 7 'foldable. Cut-outs 22 are made so that the wings 5 ', 7' can be folded and fixed (glue preferably) on the side peripheral walls 11, 12. Ports / slots 17 are made in the posterior peripheral wall panel 7 and are 16. The rear fastening panel 8 and the lateral fastening panels 13, 14 are intended after folding to be fixed (preferably bonded) to the bottom panel 4. The top plan panel 6 comprises subdivision openings 21 each (for those having one) a pair of tabs 20 disposed on the edge of the opening, the tabs of a pair being opposed, opposite the opening, each tab is connecting to the edge of the opening along a partial fold line to at least partially fold towards the interior of the storage portion said tongue to allow by fading the passage of the element in the part of storage then its maintenance, the tongues bearing at least partially elastic support (the elasticity is relative and depends on the material used) against said element. For a material having little elasticity, during the production of the box-meal, one will thus avoid to fold the tongues in a way too important before ('introduction of the elements to store .A limit and preferably, one will leave the tongues not folded and it will be the elements when they are introduced into the openings 21 which will cause the folding of the tongues. It is understood that the fastening means set in the box during the realization of the box-meal tray, including fixing the wings on the corresponding walls / faces may depend on the material of the blank and it is thus possible, depending on the needs and case use the gluing, stapling, welding, hooking (tenon / mortise: tab coming into a slot) or others. obtained by a thinning of matter, compression in practice.
In order to facilitate the interlocking of the two parts of the meal tray box, weakening lines 18 (dotted cut-outs or dashes in the thickness of the blank) are made in the panels of the peripheral side faces 9, 10. this example a weakening line 18 is also realized between the connecting face panel 3 and the bottom panel 4 to facilitate a possible separation of the two parts during the consumption of the meal. In a variant, a simple fold line is put in the caulk, which will also close the box meal after consumption.
Although for delivery before use for making the meal tray, the blanks can be transported completely folded as shown in Figure 1, it is also possible to transport them partially folded as shown in Figure 2A. The meal tray is made open as shown in Figure 2B and closed as shown in Figure 2C. It may be noted in Figure 2B (Figure 1 also) that the front peripheral wall panel 5 has at its median portion an opening for facilitating the opening of the meal tray.
It is understood that other alternative embodiments are possible for achieving the blank and the box meal tray, and this without departing from the general scope of the invention. In particular, the blank may include imprinted patterns, embossed ... for consumer information and / or decoration. Openings may be made on some sides of the box meal tray to allow viewing of its contents, the openings being closed by a transparent or translucent film.
