Claims (10)

  1. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers; of the sort made from a cut-out flong (2), comprising a bottom part (3) and a lid part (4) separated by a main folding line (5), the said bottom part (3) comprising a back panel (31) framed by two side panels (32, 33) and the said lid part (4) comprising an overlap (41) framed by two side panels (42, 43), the bottom part (3) and the lid part (4) respectively comprising a back panel (34, 44) linked with the main folding line (5) and on the opposite side, a front panel (35, 45), the said rear panels (34, 44) and front panels (35, 45) being separated from the back panels (31) and the lid part (41) via secondary folding lines (36, 37, 46, 47) overlapping the side panels (32, 33, 42, 43), characterised in that the side panels (32, 33, 42, 43) are folded and partially stuck at their ends against the front panels (35, 45) thanks to front sticking zones (38, 48) and against the rear panel(s) (34, 44) thanks to rear sticking zones (39, 49) and in that the front panels (35, 45) and rear panels (34, 44) are integral parts of the side panels (32, 33, 42, 43) and the secondary folding lines (36, 37, 46, 47) respectively extend linearly over the bottom part (3) and the lid part (4).
  2. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to claim 1, characterised in that the external outlines of the side panels (32, 33) of the bottom part (3) are substantially straight and in that the external outlines of the side panels (42, 43) of the lid part (4) are at least partially in an arc.
  3. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the rear panel(s) (34, 44) has a length L1 substantially identical to the length of the front panel(s) (35, 45).
  4. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the side panels (32, 33) of the bottom part (3) have a width 13 smaller than the width 14 of the side panels (42, 43) of the lid part (4).
  5. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the rear panel (34) of the bottom part (3) has a longitudinal edge B3 bent inwardly.
  6. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the rear panel (34) of the bottom part (3) has a straight longitudinal edge B3.
  7. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the rear panel (44) of the lid part (4) has a straight longitudinal edge B4.
  8. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the front panels (35, 45) have a longitudinal edge B5 bend inwardly.
  9. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the front panels (35, 45) have a straight longitudinal edge B5.
  10. Packing (1), notably intended for the packaging of hamburgers, according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the sticking zones (38, 39, 48, 49) are made of triangles.
