Abstract

A banjo coupler (16) connects the duct to a bore (12) of the turbocharger (10). The ring has two shoulders (20a) on its inner face to form two releases (20b) with respect to upper and lower edges of the ring, and an annular space (20d) located between the shoulders. The screw vertically compresses the joints on a surface in contact with the turbocharger and on edges of the ring, and the joints extend radially towards the coupler`s exterior.

Pour éviter les fuites d'huile, les joints 24 et 26 sont comprimés verticalement par la vis creuse 18 sur toute la surface de la base 18b de la tête de vis 18, sur toute la surface en contact avec le turbocompresseur 10 ainsi que sur les bords de la bague 20 dont la forme est complémentaire à la forme des joints 24 et 26. De plus, les joints 14 et 26, s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur du raccord 16 et comportant des rebords 24b sur leur périphérie extérieur, protègent le turbocompresseur 10 des projections qui pourraient se produire au raccord du conduit d'alimentation 14 avec la bague 20.
