Abstract

La présente invention concerne des émulsions comprenant, en pourcentage en masse par rapport à la masse totale de la composition :(a) 72% à 76% d'eau;(b) 0,1% à 5% d'un agent gélifiant de la phase aqueuse de l'émulsion ;(c) 0,75% à 2% de métronidazole ;(d) 5% à 10% d'huile minérale ;(e) 0,5% à 10% d'un agent tensioactif ;(f) 0,5% à 5% d'un acide gras ;(g) 0% à 4% d'un promoteur d'absorption du métronidazole (c) ; et(h) 0,1% à 5% d'un agent conservateur choisi parmi le groupe constitué par le méthylparabène, le propylparabène, le phénoxyéthanol et leurs mélanges.L'invention concerne également des mousses à base de métronidazole obtenues à partir de ces émulsions, ainsi que leur utilisation dermatologique.
