  The present invention relates to a label intended for regulatory marking, in particular for the marking of a pharmaceutical or homeopathic product comprising a sticker intended for reimbursement by a social security organization.

  Such labels must allow automated placement, as well as print resume operations. They must also prevent the reuse of the label for a new product, in order to avoid fraud.

  PCT patent WO03001485A1 describes a paper label for wine bottles, intended for sticky label applicators, the label comprising a sticker detachable from the main label. The detachable label is delimited by a knurling retaining tear points with the body of the paper and by an edge taken in the length of the side of the label.   French patent FR2634931 discloses a peelable stamp sticker label comprising on the front a printed sheet in which is cut a peelable label, in the middle a layer of adhesive material intended to adhere the label on a container and on the back a non-stick sheet detachable.

  The present invention relates to an improved label avoiding the reuse of the label after it is affixed to a container and facilitating the printing of complementary information with an ink jet printer, heat transfer or other.

  To this end, the invention relates, in its most general sense, to a sticker label comprising an adhesive substrate supporting a printed label comprising a release label characterized in that said substrate has a plurality of cutouts whose geometry is such that the label covers several zones delimited by said cuts.

  A homogeneous multilayer label has a surface condition that allows complementary printing on the surface without restriction.

  According to variants: - the cuts extend transversely; the cutouts extend longitudinally; - the cuts form undulations; - the cuts delimit closed zones of fragmentation.

  Preferably, the support consists of a polypropylene film.

  Advantageously, it includes a detachment varnish deposited under the sticker.

  The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing sticker labels, characterized in that a strip formed by an adhesive-coated substrate bonded to an ice-cold support is prepared, which cuts are made from the substrate to the surface of the substrate. glazed support, which is locally deposited a detachment varnish at locations to be covered by a sticker, in that a printed sheet is then glued and that the area corresponding to the label on a depth reaching the surface of the glossy support, and on a depth reaching the surface of the substrate for the area corresponding to the vignette.

  Figure 1 shows a sectional view of an exemplary embodiment. The label is formed on a silicone support layer 1 which is removed during the application of the label. This support layer 1 is coated with a pressure-activated or heat-activatable adhesive 2. A polypropylene layer 3 forms the substrate of the label. It has a thickness of 25 microns in the example described. A release varnish 6 covers an area corresponding to the sticker 10,. The printed label 4 is bonded to the substrate 3 by means of an adhesive 5. The sticker 10 and the label 4 can be constituted by the same printable and / or transferable material in thermal printing.

  The assembly thus formed is then cut up to the upper surface of the silicone support 1 according to cutouts 7, 8, determining the perimeter of the label, and up to the upper surface of the substrate 3 only, according to partial cutouts, for example microperforations, to delimit the vignette.

  Substrate 3 has fracture primers 15 as shown in FIG. 2. These fracture primers consist of transverse, or longitudinal, or diagonal lines throughout the thickness of the substrate. These break primers can also delimit regular or non-regular networks to ensure fragmentation in two directions.

  Figure 3 shows the step of depositing a detachment varnish on the substrate. This varnish prevents the glue 10 of the sticker 10 on the substrate 3.

  The assembly may then be coated with an adhesive, on which is then deposited a printed sheet as shown in Figure 4. This sheet may cover the entire surface of the previously prepared strip.

  It is then cut as shown in Figure 5 to delimit the shape of the label and the sticker.
