In recent years, paper containers such as milk cartons have become extremely popular, and materials have been improved to enable them to be used in a wide variety of products. Furthermore, products in which aluminum foil and heat-fusible synthetic resin are successively laminated on the synthetic resin layer on the back surface have also come to be used.

Containers having these aluminum foil layers have already been used or are being considered for use mainly as containers for highly permeable liquids such as alcoholic beverages, soybean oil, and juices, and viscous substances such as mayonnaise and jam.

Previously, in Utility Model Application No. 54-67138, the present applicant developed a method for forming a hole for inserting a straw into a conventional paper container using a material consisting of only a polyethylene resin layer provided on both the front and back sides of paper. We proposed making a cut half the thickness of the material from both the inside and outside of the container, but it is also possible to make a cut with a straw or spoon on paper containers with an aluminum foil layer, without having to tear off the top panel of the container or use a knife. It is desired to develop a structure that can be inserted into a container.

However, if the configuration of the conventional paper container proposed above is applied to a paper container with an aluminum foil layer, the aluminum foil layer itself will also be cut, and the original function as a paper container for highly permeable items will be lost. You will lose it.

Therefore, as a solution to the problem by omitting the paper base at the straw insertion part, there are structures in which a synthetic resin layer and an aluminum foil layer are laminated on a paper base with a through hole at the intended insertion position, and In contrast, a container has been proposed in which the outermost resin layer and paper base are removed from the outer surface of the container.

However, not only in the latter case, but also in the former case, because the resin layer in the part where the paper base is missing becomes concave, dust tends to accumulate in the straw insertion part during storage, transportation, or display, which is unsanitary. Moreover, if the lid is covered with an auxiliary material such as paper or aluminum foil to avoid this, the cost will increase.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned inconveniences caused by removing a portion of the paper base during the manufacturing stage of paper containers.
The purchaser can remove the paper base at the opening by peeling it off, and the structure is such that a straw or spoon can be inserted after reducing the strength.

That is, the present invention provides a peeling notch reaching more than half the thickness of the paper from the outer surface of the container, and laminating the paper and the heat-fusible synthetic resin back layer in a position approximately corresponding to the position defined by the peeling notch. It is characterized in that the surface or the laminated surface of the heat-fusible synthetic resin back layer and the aluminum foil layer is non-adhesive.

以下、図面に示す実施例に従って本考案を説明する。The present invention will be described below according to embodiments shown in the drawings.

In the drawing, the material of the paper container 1 is based on paper 2, which has a surface layer 3 and a back layer 4 made of heat-fusible synthetic resin such as polyethylene on both the front and back surfaces, and further includes the back surface on the inner surface side of the container. Laminated on layer 4 are an aluminum foil layer 5 and an inner layer 6 of heat-fusible synthetic resin.

Although the shape of this peeling notch 7 is arbitrary, it is advantageous if the tip is located on the bent part of the container 1, since the tip of the finger can easily catch on the tip during the peeling operation.

Non-adhesive treatment is sufficient as long as it weakens the adhesion of the treated area, but it is recommended to apply a release agent such as silicone resin, urea melapane resin, alkyd resin, polyvinyl alcohol, paraffin, wax, Teflon dispersion, etc. to at least one side of the treated area. Coating or printing is effective, and silicone resin is particularly suitable.

Instead of the above-mentioned release agent, a paint having a weak adhesion ability to synthetic resins, such as a foaming ink, may be used.

It is sufficient that the surface to be subjected to the non-adhesive treatment substantially coincides with the surface divided by the peeling notch 7, and some size difference or positional shift with respect to the divided surface is allowed.

In addition, theoretically, the peeling notch 7 is cut in the entire view of the paper 2,
It is desirable that the cut reaches the release agent, and furthermore, in the case of Fig. 3, it is desirable that the cut is made into the synthetic resin back layer 4, but if the cut reaches substantially more than half of the paper thickness, the gap between the paper layers should be cut. The paper 2 can be turned over over its entire thickness without peeling off.

When using the paper container according to the present invention, first turn over the part of the peeling notch 7, and in the case of FIG. Next, by hitting the exposed synthetic resin back layer 4 or aluminum foil layer 5 with a straw or spoon, the remaining layer, which lacks the paper base and has weakened resistance, can be easily penetrated.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, by applying a non-adhesive treatment, it is now possible to completely peel off the paper base, which is the greatest resistance to inserting straws, spoons, etc., when opening the product. .
