Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve suitability for a molding machine by using inexpensive material by laminating a glassine paper on a printed layer of a first transparent plastic film, laminating a second transparent plastic film thereon, and laminating a heat sealable resin layer thereon through an adhesive between each layers. SOLUTION: A glassine paper 4 is laminated on a printed layer 3 of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film 1 (40 μm thickness) having the printed layer 3 of letter/pattern or the like on one side, and a partial adhering varnish layer 2 on the other side, a biaxially oriented polypropylene film 5 (20 μm thickness) is laminated further thereon through an adhesive, and a heat sealing resin layer 6 is laminated thereon through an adhesive. An adhering process for each layer is performed by a dry lamination method, and a nerve of the laminate can be controlled so as to meet molding machine maker's requirement, specification or the like. A roughly fan-like shape is formed so that the adhering varnish layer 2 is positioned on one end, the other end superposes, and the superposed portion is heat sealed to obtain a packaging bag.

Description of the Related Art Today, a very large variety of cone-shaped ice creams have been marketed, but these are ice creams in cones such as wafers (grain flour kneaded with water or the like). And topped with granular chocolate, colored confectionery confectionery, etc., and the corn portion is popular because it can be eaten in whole, including the heat insulation.

In many cases, the packaging bag has been individually packaged in an opaque packaging bag with a photograph of the contents on the surface, and the packaging bag has a layer configuration of (ink / aluminum foil / Paper / polyethylene film) was common. The main reason that opaque laminates (packaging bags) containing aluminum foil, paper, etc. have been used for conventional packaging is to improve the suitability of the molding machine (waist strength, etc.) based on the special shape of the items to be packaged. For. By incorporating aluminum foil, paper, and the like as components in the lamination, sufficient suitability for a molding machine (such as waist strength) has been ensured in the laminate. By the way, it was very disappointing that various topping materials with beautiful colors could not be seen from the outside by using an opaque packaging bag like a conventional package.

[0004] Transparent laminates using a transparent plastic film have been rarely used for conventional packaging bags, but these are generally stiff and have no suitability for a molding machine. It was the actual situation that both ends of the fan-shaped punched blank were overlapped and bonded by hand to form a cone. That is, when transparency was required in conventional packaging bags, mass production was impossible.

Here, the reason why the dry lamination method is adopted as the bonding method between the respective layers is that the waist strength of the laminate can be controlled in accordance with the molding machine manufacturer, specifications, and the like. Further, in order to adjust the waist strength of the laminated body, particularly when the waist is too strong, a substantial portion where the radius of curvature of the substantially fan-shaped blank becomes small may be killed by a large number of perforations. When the waist is somewhat weakened, the rebound is reduced and then applied to the molding machine, winding starts smoothly.

<Comparative Example 1> A biaxially oriented polypropylene film (thickness: 30 μm) having a printed layer of characters and pictures on one side and a partial adhesive varnish layer on the other side
A biaxially oriented polypropylene film (thickness: 40 μm) is laminated on the printed layer via an adhesive, and “Differen 115T” (thickness) is laminated on the biaxially oriented polypropylene film (thickness: 40 μm) via an adhesive. 45 μm, manufactured by Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Inc.) were laminated to obtain a transparent laminate. Using the transparent laminate of Comparative Example 1, each adhesive varnish layer applied here was punched out in a substantially sector shape so as to be located at one end, and the other end was formed on the adhesive varnish layer using this approximately sector blank. The parts were overlapped and heat-sealed to obtain a packaging bag. In the case of Comparative Example 1, since each layer is a transparent plastic film, although there is transparency, electrostatic adhesion occurs and feeder suitability at the feeder portion of the molding machine is insufficient, and the thickness is smaller than the thickness. Since the waist strength was weak and easily bent, the finish cut suitability after bonding was not sufficient.

Using the semi-transparent laminate of Comparative Example 5, each adhesive varnish layer applied here was punched out in a substantially sector shape so as to be located at one end, and using this approximately fan-shaped blank, other adhesive varnish layers were formed on the adhesive varnish layer. The ends were overlapped and heat-sealed to obtain a packaging bag. When a low-density polyethylene film was used, the adhesive strength of the upper heat-sealed portion was too strong, and the opening property was difficult.

Comparative Example 6 This is a basic structure of a conventional product, and is an opaque laminate composed of (ink / aluminum foil / paper / polyethylene film). By incorporating aluminum foil, paper, and the like as components during the lamination, good laminating machine suitability (such as waist strength) is ensured in the laminate.

As described above, translucency, waist strength, curl prevention, feeder suitability (prevention of electrostatic adhesion), and openability were evaluated for Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Please refer to it. In terms of waist strength, it has been found that 17 g / 15 mm or more is required as a measure.

The translucent laminate of the present invention and the packaging bag using the same are formed by laminating glassine paper having translucency and stiffness as important characteristics together with various transparent plastic films. It is the first thing that has been discovered, and it is not only excellent in molding machine suitability, but the red, yellow, blue, etc. colored sugar confectionery grains etc. that are dimly recognized by scattered light in the packaging bag are truly beautiful and I want to get it. This can be said to be a unique effect that cannot be obtained in any way with the opaque packaging bag and the transparent packaging bag.
