Abstract

The display unit (1) is made from one or more pieces cut out from a sheet of flat material, folded and fastened. It has an appropriate number of folds (3A', 3B', 3C', 3D') to give it the required shape with walls (4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E) that are held in place by fastening clips (7). The sheet material comprises a core of a flexible material between two layers of aluminium.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

  The invention relates to an information display rack. Such an information display can be a brochure holder or a souvenir sheet.

  A brochure holder is a receptacle suitable for receiving brochures. Its function is to attract people's attention, to enable them to read all or part of the information in brochures, and to enable them to take a brochure. A souvenir sheet is a support able to hold and position a leaflet, a card, a menu, a placard, etc ... in a vertical or inclined manner. Its function is to attract the attention of people and allow them to read the information of the leaflet, the map, the menu, the placard, etc ...

  The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such an information display.

STATE OF THE PRIOR ART

  It is known from US 5,301,800 an information display in the form of a brochure holder, made from pressed plastic sheets. This booklet holder is put in volume by folding folds initiated during stamping and maintained in volume by the insertion of tabs in adapted slots. This type of brochure holder made of a necessarily flexible plastic is not sufficiently rigid, is not robust and low quality.

  Also known information displays in the form of brochure holder and souvenir sheet made by plastic injection. In particular, WO 94/21156 discloses information displays in the form of a sheet-holder made by plastic injection. This type of brochure holder and sheet holder has the disadvantage of not being available flat and difficult to customize (for example by screen printing or engraving). Being plastic, they are sensitive to scratches and abrasion during their handling which causes tarnishing over time.

  Finally, information displays are also known in the form of brochure holders and souvenir sheets made from sheets. The maintenance of the cut and folded form is generally effected by flaps to be welded to other walls. This type of brochure holder and wallet has the disadvantage of not being available flat, to be difficult to customize, and not to be qualitative because of the extra thicknesses and welds. It is also more expensive than its plastic counterparts.

  SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to provide an information display, in the form of a brochure holder or a souvenir sheet, for solving at least one of the problems of the devices of the invention. prior art.

  According to the invention, the information display comprises at least one planar shape cut from a plate of multilayer material composed of a core in a first flexible material disposed between a first and a second layer in a second rigid material. The flat shape comprises at least one fold formed by a groove made in the multilayer material. The fold passes right through said flat shape and defines at least two adjacent walls, which can be folded to volume the information display. At least one locking element of a first wall with a second wall makes it possible to keep the information display unit in volume.

  According to one variant, the locking element may comprise at least one fastening clip from the first wall to the second wall.

  According to another variant, the locking element may comprise a lug projecting from a first wall penetrating into a positioning groove of a second wall and a fastening element from the first to the second wall.

  More specifically, an embodiment of the invention relates to a doorbrochure comprising: a) a flat shape cut from a plate of multilayer material and comprising: a1) a first groove and a second groove rectilinear, parallel to each other and transversely crossing the shape plane, delimiting a rear facade, a bottom and a front facade, and a2) a third and fourth rectilinear grooves, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the first and second grooves, defining a first and a second cheek, b) a set of folds comprising b1) a first fold formed by folding the back cover and the bottom around the first groove, b2) a second fold formed by folding the front face and the bottom around the second groove, b3) a third fold formed by folding the first cheek and front face around the third groove, and b4) a fourth fold formed by folding the second cheek and the front facade t around the fourth groove, c) a locking element solidarizing the first cheek and the second plays on the back cover.

  Another embodiment of the invention relates to a brochure holder comprising: a) a first planar shape cut from a plate of multilayer material and comprising a first and a second rectilinear grooves, parallel to each other and transversely crossing the plane shape, delimiting a front face, a first and a second cheek, b) a second flat shape cut from a plate of plastic material, and delimiting a back cover and a bottom, c) a set of folds comprising: c1) a first fold formed by folding from the rear facade to the bottom, c2) a second fold formed by folding the first cheek and the front face around the first groove, and c3) a third fold formed by folding the second cheek and the front facade around the second groove, d) a locking element solidarisant the first cheek and the second cheek of the first flat shape to the rear facade of the second flat shape.

  Yet another embodiment of the invention relates to a doorbrochure comprising: a) a first planar shape cut in a multilayer material plate and having a first groove and a second rectilinear groove, parallel to each other and transversely traversing the flat shape, delimiting a front face, a first and a second cheek, b) a second flat shape cut from a plate of plastic material and delimiting a rear facade, c) a third flat shape cut from a plate of plastic material and delimiting a bottom, d) a set of pleats comprising: dl) a first fold formed by folding the first cheek and the front panel around the first groove, and d2) a second fold formed by folding the second cheek and the front panel around the second groove, e) a solidarizing locking element: el) the first cheek and the second cheek of the first flat shape to the rear facade of the a second flat shape, and e2) the bottom to the first cheek and the second cheek.

  For these embodiments, the locking element may comprise: a first cut and a second cut of a first type disposed in the rear facade, - a first cut and a second cut of a second type respectively arranged in the first and the second cheek, - a first fastening clip penetrating into the first cutout of the second type, bearing on the first cheek and being housed in the first cutout of the first type to clamp the back cover, - a second penetrating fixing clip in the second cutout of the second type, resting on the second cheek and being housed in the second cutout of the first type to clamp the back cover, - the first and the second fixing clip comprises a head to bear on the cheek and two blades to pinch the back cover.

  Alternatively, the locking element may comprise: a first substantially vertical positioning groove and a first substantially horizontal positioning groove and a first drilling disposed in the first cheek; a second substantially vertical positioning groove and a second positioning groove; substantially horizontal positioning and a second hole arranged in the second cheek, - two substantially vertical projecting lugs providing the rear facade adapted to penetrate into the first and second substantially vertical positioning grooves, - two substantially horizontal projecting lugs providing the bottom and suitable penetrating into the first and second substantially horizontal positioning grooves, - a first fastening element penetrating into the first bore, bearing on the first cheek and penetrating into the rear facade, and - a second fixing element penetrating into the dry ond drilling, bearing on the second cheek and penetrating the back cover.

  According to yet another embodiment, the invention relates to a doorbrochure comprising: a) a first planar shape cut in a multilayer material plate and comprising a first, a second, a third and a fourth rectilinear groove, parallel to each other and through transversely the planar shape, delimiting a front facade, a first and a second cheek, and a first and a second flap, b) a second planar shape cut from a plate of plastic material, and delimiting a back cover, a bottom and a superimposed bottom, c) a set of folds comprising: cl) a first fold formed by folding the rear facade towards the superimposed bottom, c2) a second fold formed by folding the superimposed bottom toward the bottom, c3) a third fold formed by folding the first cheek and the front panel 30 around the first groove, c4) a fourth fold formed by folding the second cheek and the front panel around the second floor groove, c5) a fifth fold formed by folding the first flap and the first flap around the third groove, and c6) a sixth fold formed by folding the second flap and the second flap around the fourth groove, d) a locking element comprising: dl) at least first and second flap holes respectively disposed in the first and second flaps, d2) at least first and second backplate bores arranged in the back cover, and respectively associated at the first and second flap holes, d3) a first fastener penetrating the first flapper bore and the first back cover piercing and securing the first flap to the back cover, and d4) a second fastener member penetrating into the flap hole; second flap piercing and the second rear wall piercing and securing the second flap to the back facade.

  More specifically, the invention also relates to a sheet-holder comprising: a) a planar shape cut from a plate of multilayer material and comprising first, second, third and fourth rectilinear grooves, parallel to each other and longitudinally traversing the shape plane, defining a sole, a front face, a rear face and a first and second positioning wall, b) a set of folds comprising: b1) a first fold formed by folding the first positioning wall and the rear facade around of the third groove, b2) a second fold formed by folding the second positioning wall and the front panel around the fourth groove, b3) a third fold formed by folding the back cover and the sole around the first groove, and b4) a fourth fold formed by folding the front face and the sole around the second groove, and c) a locking member to maintain the volume holder and defining a groove between the first and second positioning walls, said groove being adapted to receive a sheet.

  The locking element may comprise: - a hole disposed in the sole, - a locking clip having first and second outer blades, and a central blade attached to a head, - the locking clip penetrating the hole, taking pressing on the soleplate, pinching the first positioning wall between the first outer blade and the central blade, and pinching the second positioning wall between the second outer blade and the central blade.

  Alternatively, the locking element may comprise: a double positioning groove having a first portion and a second portion, disposed in the sole, a first and a second projecting lug respectively providing the first and the second positioning wall and able to penetrate respectively into the first part and the second part, - first and second holes disposed in the sole and respectively in alignment with the first and second parts, and - a first and a second fastening element passing through the first and the second drilling, resting on the soleplate and penetrating into the first and second positioning wall.

  According to yet another alternative, the locking element may comprise: a double positioning groove having a first portion and a second portion, disposed in the sole, a first and a second projecting lug respectively providing the first and the second positioning wall and able to penetrate respectively into the first part and the second part, - four bores arranged at each corner of the first and second positioning wall, the bores being associated in pairs, and - a first and a second fixing element passing through each of the two associated holes and bearing on the first and the second positioning wall.

  Finally, the invention relates to a method of manufacturing an information display comprising the following steps: - milling in a multilayer material plate at least one groove to define at least one fold between at least two adjacent walls, - cut into this plate of multilayer material at least one flat shape, - fold each of the folds so as to volume said information display, - lock a first wall with a second wall to maintain the information display volume.

  The information display rack according to the invention is robust.

  It is also qualitative, by exploiting the metallic appearance of the multilayer material. In particular, the thin aluminum layers can be lacquered, remain natural, or be brushed. They represent then a strong power of attraction, while remaining neutral.

  It is also customizable (by screen printing or engraving). Screen printing can be performed on multilayer plates prior to cutting.

  Engraving is favored when the flexible plastic core of the multilayer material is black, thereby providing strong contrast for etchings. This contrast as well as the brightness of the information display are resistant over time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

  The present invention is illustrated by non-limiting examples in the accompanying figures, in which identical references increased by 100 indicate similar elements: FIGS. 1.A, 1.B and 1.0 show schematically the implementation of a multilayer material used for the manufacture of an information display according to the invention; Figure 2 illustrates a planar shape for an information display in the form of a brochure holder according to a first embodiment of the invention; Figure 3 is a perspective view of the brochure holder of Figure 2 once set volume; Figure 4 is a perspective view of a brochure holder once set volume according to a second embodiment of the invention; Figure 5 is a perspective view of a brochure holder once set in volume according to a third embodiment of the invention; Figure 6 illustrates a planar shape for an information display in the form of a sheet-holder according to a fourth embodiment of the invention; Figure 7 illustrates a planar shape according to an alternative embodiment of the sheet of Figure 6; Figure 8 is a perspective view of the sheet-holder of Figure 6 or 7 when placed in volume.

  DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

  Information displays according to various embodiments of the invention are manufactured at least in part from a multilayer material.

  Figure 1.A shows a sectional view of such a multilayer material. The multilayer material is in the form of a plate. The multilayer material is composed of a core MA disposed between a first layer ME1 and a second layer ME2. The core MA is made of a first flexible material MA, for example polyethylene (with a thickness of the order of one to a few millimeters). The first layer ME1 consists of a first rigid material, for example a metallic material such as aluminum (of the order of a few tenths of a millimeter). The second layer ME2 consists of a second rigid material, for example a metallic material such as aluminum (of the order of a few tenths of a millimeter). Polyethylene and aluminum are not limiting because any other material having respectively the same characteristics of flexibility and rigidity would also be suitable.

  Such a material is for example marketed by Alusuisse under the name "Dibond" or "Alucobond" (registered trademarks) or by Alcoa under the name "Reynobond" (registered trademark).

  Figures 1.B and 1.0 show schematically the implementation, in particular the setting volume, of such a multilayer material used for the manufacture of an information display according to the invention. Any suitable shape may be cut from a plate of multilayer material.

  To realize a volume, a groove 3 is first created in the first layer ME1 and partly in the core MA of the multilayer material (Figure 1.B). The groove only partially leaves the core of flexible material and the second layer of rigid material. It may be substantially V-shaped, for example with sloping edges and a flat bottom. Alternatively, it can also completely traverse the MA core, but the second layer ME2 must be preserved. The groove 3 is made, for example, by milling FA. The groove 3 defines on both sides a first wall 4 and a second wall 4 '.

  Then, the first 4 and the second wall 4 'are folded PA towards each other to create a fold 3' (Figure 1.C) not letting appear the soul. The folding is made possible by the groove but also by the small thickness of the rigid material layer (of the order of a few tenths of a millimeter), the small thickness of the core at the groove, and by the flexibility of the material forming the core. According to an alternative, the first 4 and the second wall 4 'can be folded in the opposite direction of the fold PA revealing the core. Folding is possible because of the small thickness of the layer of rigid material, the small thickness of the core at the groove, and the flexibility of the material forming the core.

  According to another alternative, the fold may also be formed after milling a first groove in the first layer of rigid material and a second groove in the second layer of rigid material, the two grooves being substantially superimposed. In this case, folding is possible because of the small thickness of the core at the two grooves and the flexibility of the material forming the core.

  Figures 2 to 5 show an information display in the form of a brochure holder.

  Figures 2 and 3 show a brochure holder according to a first embodiment.

  Figure 2 is substantially a top view of a planar shape 2 for the realization of a brochure holder.

  The form 2 is cut in a multilayer material. The shape is substantially T: the vertical central portion of the T being intended to constitute a rear panel 4A, a bottom 4B and a front panel 4C, and the horizontal portion of the T being intended to form a first 4D and a second cheek 4E.

  Several grooves 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D are made (for example by milling) on the form 2. The first 3A and second 3B grooves are rectilinear, parallel to each other and transversely cross from one end to the vertical central portion of the T. define the rear wall 4A, the bottom 4B and the front wall 4C. The third 3C and fourth 3D grooves are rectilinear, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the first 3A and second 3B grooves. They start substantially from the two ends of the second groove 3B and respectively delimit the first 4D and the second 4E plays.

  Two cutouts of a first type 5, 5 'are made in the rear facade 4A. Two cutouts of a second type 6, 6 'are also made in the first 4D and the second plays 4E respectively. These cuts constitute a part of a locking element.

  The two cutouts of the first type 5, 5 'comprise a hole 5A opening and a countersink 5B.

  The two cutouts of the second type 6, 6 'comprise a central cylindrical hole 6A and a conical oblong hole 6B. The central cylindrical hole 6A corresponds to the passage of the conical cutter generating the conical oblong hole 6B.

  Thus, in a first step, all the grooves 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D as well as all the cuts 5, 5 ', 6 and 6' are advantageously made by milling on the same face of a multilayer plate.

  In a second step, the form 2 is cut in the multilayer plate, still milling, without recovery because always on the same face.

  Alternatively, these two steps can be reversed, or the manufacturing method can include a recovery due to a flipping of faces, for example to engrave one or more walls.

  The flat shape 2 thus produced can be delivered flat for mounting on its place of use.

  Figure 3 is a perspective view of the brochure holder according to the first embodiment during the mounting operation for the purpose of setting volume. The back cover 4A is folded towards the bottom 4B and forms the first fold 3A '. The front panel 4C is folded towards the bottom 4B and forms the second fold 3B '. The first 4D and second 4E cheeks are folded towards the front panel 4C and form respectively the third 3C 'and the fourth 3D' folds.

  Finally, a first fastening clip 7 and a second fastening clip 7 'constituting another part of the locking element, allow the brochure holder to be held in volume.

  The clip 7 has a head 7A and two blades 7B and 7C. One of the two blades is provided with a nipple (not visible).

  The lock of the brochure holder is made as follows.

  The clip 7 is inserted into the cutout 6 of the cheek 4D and bears on the cheek by the head 7A. The head 7A, advantageously chamfered, enters the conical oblong hole 6B of the cheek 4D. It is lodged in the thickness of the 4D cheek, leaving a plane 4D cheek without protruding element. Simultaneously, the two blades 7B and 7C pinch the back cover 4A. In particular, the blade 7B is housed in the counterbore 5B and is flush with the visible front face of the rear panel 4A. The other blade 7C is based on the not visible rear face of the rear panel 4A and protrudes. The nipple of one or the other blade enters the hole 5A ensuring effective locking of the clip.

  The locking element comprising the cutouts 5, 6 and the clip 7 makes it possible to ensure positioning precision as well as great discretion of the locking element once in place.

  The second clip 7 'is preferably identical to the first clip: they have no mounting direction and they are symmetrical. The second clip is placed in the cutouts 5 'and 6' in a similar manner to the first clip.

  The relative positions of the cut-outs 5, 5 ', 6 and 6' are provided in such a way that the two clips 7, 7 'respectively take support on the walls 4A, 4D and 4A, 4E, so as to block all the folds 3A ', 3B', 3C 'and 3D'. They therefore make it possible to maintain the brochure holder 1 in volume and are discreet.

  The brochure holder can be directly placed, for example on a counter and brochures can be inserted in the receptacle formed by the five walls 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D and 4E.

  According to variations not shown, it could easily be: hung on a wall by a double-sided adhesive, - hanging from a wall by two screws, two hooks, or two pegs, and holes in the back panel 4A, or - fixed to a laminated panel, a tablet, or any other element by an attached hook.

  Figure 4 is a perspective view of a brochure holder according to a second embodiment of the invention during the mounting operation for setting volume.

  The brochure holder 101 according to the second embodiment consists of a first 102 and a second 102 'planar shape.

  The first planar shape 102 has the front panel 104C and the first 104D and the second flap 104E. The second cheek 104E has on the inner wall a substantially vertical positioning groove 109A and substantially horizontal 109B, and a bore 109C in alignment with the substantially vertical positioning groove. It is the same for the first cheek 104D (only the hole 109C 'is visible). Advantageously, the grooves are not open and are therefore invisible on the side of the outer wall of the cheeks. The first planar shape 102 is cut from a multilayer material as described above. After a manufacturing step similar to that described in relation to the first embodiment, the first 104D and the second 104E plays are folded towards the front panel 104C and form respectively the folds 103C 'and 103D'. The second flat shape 102 'has the back cover 104A and the bottom 104B. The back cover 104A has substantially vertical protruding tabs 108A at a vertical edge and 108A 'at the opposite vertical edge. The bottom 104B has substantially horizontal projecting lugs 108B at a horizontal edge and 108B 'at the opposite horizontal edge.

  According to a first variant, the second flat shape 102 'is cut in a multilayer material as described above. After a manufacturing step similar to that described in relation to the first embodiment, the rear panel 104A is folded towards the bottom 104B and forms the fold 103A '.

  According to a second variant, the second flat shape 102 'is cut from a plastic plate. The second flat shape 102 'is folded hot or through a groove traversing transversely through the flat shape 102'. According to this variant, the quality of the material of the rear facade and the bottom, and the quality of the fold 103A 'between these two walls are of little importance (the fold may have cracks, shearing primers). Indeed, the fold is not visible and the qualitative effect is mainly obtained by the front and cheeks. According to this variant, the protruding lugs 108B and 108B 'can be omitted when the fold 103A' is produced by heat deformation. During the assembly operation intended to volume the holder

  101 brochures, the first 102 and the second form 102 'are folded as already described above, then the second form 102' is positioned in the first form 102. The projecting tabs 108A and 108B respectively enter the positioning grooves substantially vertical 109A and substantially horizontal 109B.

  The projecting lugs 108A ', 108B' penetrate in the same way into the positioning grooves of the cheek 104D.

  To finish the locking of the holder thus formed, two screws passing through the holes 109C and 109C 'are screwed into the thickness of the rear panel 104A. The prior positioning of the bottom, the back cover and the cheeks thus allows each screw to be correctly placed in front of the thickness of the back cover. This screwing can be achieved with or advantageously without pilot hole in the thickness of the back cover (it can be cut in a soft plastic and / or low density, for example in expanded PVC). The screws can be countersunk head, the head can be housed at least in part in the thickness of the cheeks.

  Alternatively, the screw head can also be housed in a washer reported in the form of bowl to obtain an assembly as discreet as possible. Of course, the screws can be replaced by any other fastening element such as for example nails (simple, corrugated, twisted, notched ...) or by the fixing clip described in connection with the first embodiment.

  The second embodiment has the advantage of having a lower cost than the first embodiment while having a similar qualitative aspect (attraction, enhancement). In fact, the visible part of the holder when it is in volume is the same because, when brochures are inserted, the front and the cheeks are the main visible parts of the brochure holder.

  Of course, those skilled in the art will readily understand that several variants relating to the number of planar shapes, the type of material used for these shapes and to the locking element are possible (these variants are not the subject of separate Figures. ).

  For example, as an alternative, the back cover and the bottom may be two distinct flat shapes constituting two separate walls cut in a plastic plate or in a multilayer material, by milling or stamping. This alternative avoids hot folding, or grooving between the back cover and the bottom. At the same time, it avoids the risk of poor quality of the fold between the back cover and the back.

  According to yet another alternative, the bottom may be included in the first form (with a fold and an additional groove).

  All the locking elements (clips, or protruding tabs and positioning grooves associated with fixing elements of the screw type, nails, etc.) mentioned above are applicable to the first and second embodiments as well as to their alternative, the booklet holder comes from a single form or several shapes and whatever the material used for the forms other than the first planar shape.

  Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a brochure holder according to a third embodiment of the invention during the mounting operation for the purpose of placing it in volume.

  The brochure holder 201 according to the third embodiment consists of a first 202 and a second 202 'planar shape.

  The first planar shape 202 has the front panel 204C, the first 204D and the second plate 204E. It also comprises a first 204F and a second 204G flap respectively extending the first 204D and the second plays 204E. The first and second flaps comprise respectively at least one hole 211 and 211 '(in the example of Figure 5 each flap has two holes).

  The first planar shape is cut from a multilayer material as described above. According to a manufacturing step similar to that described in relation to the first embodiment, four straight, parallel and through grooves are made in the form 202. Then, the first 204D and the second 204E plays are folded towards the front 204C in front forming respectively the folds 203C 'and 203D', and the first 204F and the second 204G flap are respectively folded towards the first 204D and the second 204E plays respectively forming the folds 203F 'and 203G'.

  The second planar shape 202 'has the back cover 204A and the bottom 204B. It also has a superimposed bottom 204B '.

  The second planar shape 202 'is cut from a plastic plate and then folded hot to make the folds 203A' and 203A ".

  The fold 203A 'may be provided such that an angle greater than or less than 90 exists between the overlapping bottom and the back cover to generate an inclination of the booklet holder.

  Finally, at least two holes 210 and 210 'are formed in the rear panel 204A (in the example of Figure 5 the facade has four holes). Each of the bores 210 and 210 'is disposed near one of the substantially vertical edges of the back cover and corresponds respectively to the bores 211 and 211' of the flaps.

  In the mounting operation to volume the gate holder 201, the first 202 and the second form 202 'are folded as already described above and the first form 202 is positioned on the bottom 204B.

  To lock the brochure holder and volume, two snaps (not shown) pass through each side of the brochure holder two holes 210 and 210 'of the rear panel and the two holes 211 and 211' of each flap. The back cover 204A can be placed inside or outside the flaps 204F and 204G.

  Of course, the snaps are only one example and can be replaced by rivets, screws, etc. In particular, according to one variant, the rear wall 204A being placed inside the flaps 204F and 204G , screws can pass through the flaps and then be housed in the rear panel 204A, without opening out and without being visible (the holes 210 and 210 'of the rear facade being replaced in this variant by non-emerging pilot holes on the non-facing side visible from the back cover).

  The superimposed bottom promotes the stability of the brochure holder when it is placed. Alternatively, it could also be hooked to a support by means of holes provided in the back cover. In this case, the second form may comprise only the back cover and the bottom; or that the back cover, the bottom being included in the first form (with a fold and an additional groove).

  According to a variant, the first and second shapes could be from the same cut in a multilayer material.

  Figures 6 to 8 show a fourth embodiment of an information display in the form of a sheet-holder.

  Leaflet means: - an information element printed or engraved, such as a sheet of paper, plasticized or not, a sheet of cardboard, plasticized or not, a plastic sheet, flexible or rigid, a sheet of metal, a card , a menu, a poster, etc ..., or - a pouch consisting of two transparent walls vis-à-vis, able to accommodate an item of information between them (the cover can be made by cutting and folding, by injection, or may simply consist of two transparent walls cut).

  Figure 6 is a view substantially from above of a flat shape 302 for the realization of a sheet-holder.

  The form 302 is cut from a multilayer material. The shape is substantially rectangular.

  Several grooves 303A, 303B, 303F and 303G are made (for example by milling) on the form 302. The grooves are rectilinear, parallel to each other and transversely cross from one side to the rectangle. They delimit a sole 304B, a front panel 304C, a rear wall 304A and a first 304F and second 304G wall positioning.

  Two cutouts in the form of positioning lights 305A and 305A 'are respectively formed in the first 304F and second 304G positioning wall. A conical oblong hole 306 is also formed in the sole 304B. These cuts constitute a part of a locking element. Alternatively, the positioning lights 305A and 305A 'may be non-through grooves.

  Thus, in a first step, all the grooves 303A, 303B, 303F and 303G as well as all the cuts 305A, 305A 'and 306 are advantageously made by milling on the same face of a multilayer plate.

  In a second step, the shape 302 is cut in this multilayer plate, always by milling, without recovery because always on the same face.

  In this embodiment, all the grooves are made of U and are on the side of the visible faces. They are apparent after folding. On the other hand, this arrangement makes it possible to produce engravings, for example on the front and rear façades, always by milling and always without recovery on the same working face.

  Alternatively, all the grooves may be on the side of the hidden faces and be invisible after folding. In this case, the etching requires a recovery, that is to say a milling after flipping faces.

  The flat shape 302 thus produced can be delivered flat for mounting at its place of use.

  Figure 8 is a perspective view of the sheet-holder 301 after the assembly operation for the purpose of making it complete.

  The first positioning wall 304F is folded towards the rear wall 304A and forms the fold 303F '. The second positioning wall 304G is folded towards the front facade 304C and forms the fold 303G '.

  Then, the rear wall 304A is folded towards the sole 304B and forms the fold 303A '. The front panel 304C is folded towards the sole 304B and forms the fold 303B '. The folded assembly defines a substantially triangular base constituting a sheet-holder. According to other variants not shown, the base could have any other polygonal shape, or even have grooves more or less curved.

  Finally, a locking clip 307 (see Figure 6) constituting another part of the locking element, to maintain the wallet volume, is positioned.

  The locking clip 307 includes a head 307A, two outer blades 307C and 307D, and a central blade 307B. The central blade can be split. Advantageously, the two outer blades and / or each side of the central blade may be provided with pins. The clip 307 is made of injected plastic.

  The locking of the souvenir sheet is carried out in the following manner.

  The clip 307 is inserted in the hole 306 of the sole 304B and is supported on the sole by the head 307A. The head 307A, advantageously chamfered, enters the conical oblong hole 306. It is lodged in the thickness of the sole, leaving a flat sole without projecting element. Simultaneously, the two blades 307B and 307C pinch the first positioning wall 304F, and the two blades 307B and 307D pinch the second positioning wall 304G. The nipples of the blades penetrate the positioning lights 305A and 305N ensuring effective locking of the clip. All the folds 303N, 303B ', 303F' and 303G 'are thus locked in position.

  The locking element comprising the lights 305A and 305A ', the hole 306 and the clip 307 makes it possible to ensure positioning accuracy as well as great discretion of the locking element once in place.

  Positioning the first 304F and the second 304G positioning wall provides a groove 309 in the base (Figure 8). A sheet FE can be inserted and held in position in this groove. This sheet FE can be a pouch suitable for a piece of information. In this case, the clip 307 may advantageously serve as an enhancer for this information element, because the central blade or blades may constitute a stop for the information element.

  The holder thus kept in volume can be directly placed, for example on a counter.

  According to one variant, the oblong hole 306 is replaced by a substantially rectangular machining. The locking clip 307 is then made of extruded plastic. Its head 307A may then comprise a flexible material intended to make the slip-resistant slipcase.

  According to another variant, the locking element comprising the lights 305A and 305A ', the hole 306 and the clip 307 can be split.

  Figure 7 illustrates a planar shape 302 for a sheet-holder according to an alternative embodiment of the embodiment of Figure 6.

  According to this variant, after milling the grooves 303A, 303B, 303F and 303G in the form 302, the first step differs in that the sole 304B and the positioning walls 304F and 304G are provided with different cutouts.

  The sole 304B is provided with a double positioning groove having a first portion 409A and a second portion 409A '. The first and second parts are rectilinear, parallel and possibly joined. Advantageously, the double groove can substantially form an S so as to represent a simple milling path. Alternatively, the milling path may be discontinuous, the first and the second part not being joined.

  The positioning walls 304F and 304G are respectively provided with a first 408A and a second 408A 'protruding tab.

  When the form 302 is folded, the first 408A and the second 408A 'protruding tab are intended to integrate respectively within the first portion 409A and the second portion 409A' of the positioning groove.

  In order to reduce material falls (ie to obtain a maximum of shapes 302 from a single multilayer plate) each projecting lug 408A and 408A 'may be associated with a recess 412 and 412' of substantially identical but off-set shape and formed in the opposite positioning wall.

  According to this variant, in order to lock the sheet-holder, additional cuts are provided in the form 302.

  According to a first alternative, the sole 304B has two bores 409C and 409C 'respectively in alignment with the first 409A and the second portion 409A' of the positioning groove. Once the form 302 folded, two screws (not visible) are inserted into the holes 409C and 409C 'and screwed into the thickness of the positioning walls 304F and 304G.   According to another alternative not shown, the positioning walls are partially contiguous, which allows their locking by gluing or double-sided adhesive.   The sheet-holder is folded in a manner similar to the embodiment of FIG. 6 and the sheet is inserted and held in the wallet in a manner substantially identical to that presented in connection with FIG. 8.

  According to the embodiment of the sheet-holder and its variants of embodiment presented above, the sheet FE can have a particular shape, mainly in its lower part, in order to obtain an effective blocking of the sheet in the firewall.

  For example, for the embodiment of the sheet according to Figure 6, according to a first alternative, the sheet can be cut in its lower part, in the middle. This cut corresponds to the zone of the blades of the clip. This makes it possible to insert the sheet all the way into the groove 309, and to block it laterally.
