The present invention relates to a lifting device for the building.
In particular, the aforementioned device is of the type comprising a geared motor which, associated with a support structure, allows the vertical handling of loads of various types, suspended from the corresponding winch driven by the geared motor.
In their usual conformation, the lifting devices - or elevators are associated essentially fixed to the support structure and, for this reason, there are elevators dedicated to each specific use. For example, it is realized with fixed chassis, gallows, rolling on horizontal parallel rails, etc .... Generally, therefore, each type of elevator is used in combination with the structure with which it has been associated with the machine. origin and, whenever it is necessary to use it on a different structure, the change of assignment proves to be extremely difficult and, even if it is carried out by qualified personnel, requires relatively high deadlines.
The present invention proposes to solve the aforementioned problem by adopting the innovative concept of producing a lifting device comprising a geared motor that can be associated with a support structure and which defines a motorized lifting device where the carcass of the The gearmotor includes a portion shaped to define a base for quickly assembling it to a support structure and forming with this lifting device a modular system capable of interchangeability with several different types of support structure.
The advantages that flow from the present invention consist essentially in that it is possible to use the same geared motor on different structures, moving from one structure to another in a short time and with extreme ease; in that the above-mentioned device guarantees maximum security both in the conditions of use and during the installation; in that the above-mentioned device can equip a very large number of different support structures; in that the device maintains its characteristics unchanged even after prolonged periods of use.
Those skilled in the art will more and better understand these and other advantages as well as the features of the present invention from the description which follows and with the help of the attached drawings (data not to be considered in a limiting sense, but as a practical example of the invention), of which: Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of a building lifting device in accordance with the present invention, Figures 2, 3, 4 and 5 are schematic perspective views of the example of Figure 1, with the lifting device shown respectively coupled with a frame with tie rod (Figure 2), with a fixed frame bracket (Figure 3), with a frame with attachment to bridge, provided with wheels that allow it to roll along the corresponding slides (Figure 4) and with a rigid chassis connected to a gearmotor with parallel axes (Figure 5).
With reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings, a hoist 1 comprises a motor 2 and a gearbox 3 kinematically connected to each other in a manner known per se. The motor 2 can be connected, in a manner known per se, to a suitable power source via a connection plug 40 presented by a cable 4; in addition, the motor 2 can be controlled by a remote control 50 which is connected to it by means of a corresponding cable 5. At the gearbox 3 is connected the shaft of a winch 6, around which a cable of lifting 60 at the free end of which is fixed a hook 61.
In accordance with the present invention, the casing 23 of the reducer has a portion 8 so as to define a base for rapid assembly to a support structure.
In particular, the portion 8 may have a hollow tubular structure so as to define a cavity 80 adapted to the insertion of a corresponding portion 70 presented by the support structure 7. The combination of the lifting device to the support structure defines, in practice, a hoisting apparatus.
In the examples of FIGS. 2, 3 and 5, the support structure 7 is provided with a horizontal arm 70 that can be introduced inside the cavity 80.
In the illustrated examples, the cavity 80 and the arm 70 have a quadrilateral section, but the section may also be shaped differently.
To link the part 8 (and the device 1) to the arm 70, it is possible to provide on the part 8 holes 81 that can be used for fixing corresponding bolts 77.
In the example of Figure 4, the support structure 7 consists of a parallel axis chassis for rolling along a two-rail guide system, not shown. The frame comprises two parallel crosspieces 72, united at their ends by two elements 71 which are perpendicular to them and constitute the corresponding wheel shafts 73. The wheels 73 are intended for driving on the aforementioned guide system. In this embodiment, the attachment of the device 1 to the structure 7 is effected by means of bolts 77 passing through the holes 81 of the part 8 of the geared motor and through corresponding holes provided on said crosspieces 72.
What has just been described highlights the advantages in terms of ease of assembly of the device on the support structure, reduction of the time required for this assembly and security of operations; in fact, it suffices to loosen the bolts 77 which fix the part 8 on the structure 7 and to thread the part 8 on an arm 70 (or to insert this part 8 between the two crosspieces 72 of the last example) and to tighten the bolts 77.
In other words, the ease and convenience of associating the support structure with the lifting device 1 define a modular system capable of interchangeability with a plurality of different types of support structures.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown, from which we can provide other modes and other embodiments varying in their shape, their dimensions, the arrangement of the elements, the nature of the materials used, without departing from the framework of the inventive concept adopted.
