Abstract

The device has a tubular frame that rests on two beams, where each beam has three pairs of chisels for constituting a motorized lift table vertically moved by two jacks. A horizontal form panel (3) or base is located on the frame. A movable vertical form panel or side is disposed on a series of grooved wheels. A series of screw plungers permits to adjust position of cross-pieces that reinforce two vertical plates forming mould walls. The vertical form panel has its structure fixed vertically with trapezoidal reinforcements. The horizontal form panel or base and mould walls are formed with the plates in a single piece.

Le fond, ou banche horizontale, est une plaque métallique sur ossature tubulaire (en fonction de sa largeur) ; cette dernière repose sur deux poutres équipées chacune de trois paires de ciseaux. L'ensemble forme une table mue verticalement par deux vérins. Les deux poutres sont indépendantes et permettent d'obtenir un réglage de l'assise de la banche de fond. (cf. figure 6) Un des ensembles poutre-ciseaux est mobile latéralement, permettant l'ouverture de la joue mobile indépendamment de la table de fond. (cf. figures 3, 4 et 6) La joue, ou banche mobile, est une structure mécano-soudée posée sur une série de roues à gorges guidées sur la structure. La surface en contact avec le produit est une plaque renforcée par des traverses. (cf. figures 5, 7 et 8) Les deux plaques verticales formant parois du moule sont renforcées par des traverses indépendantes de la structure sur laquelle elles reposent. Une série de vis poussoir permet de régler la position de ces traverses, donc d'obtenir la planéité souhaitée et de permettre aux plaques d'acier de dilater en fonction d'éventuelles contraintes thermiques extérieures. (cf. figures 3, 4, 5 et 6) Des renforts trapézoïdaux en acier sont fixés verticalement sur la structure des banches verticales, permettant ainsi d'absorber des efforts considérables produits par le béton et sa mise en oeuvre (vibration, élévation de la température, dilatation). A series of push screws makes it possible to adjust the position of these sleepers, thus to obtain the desired flatness and to allow the steel plates to expand as a function of any external thermal stresses. (See Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6) Trapezoidal steel reinforcements are fixed vertically on the structure of the vertical panels, thus allowing to absorb considerable efforts produced by the concrete and its implementation (vibration, elevation of the temperature, dilation). (Figure 2) The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows in 3 dimensions the invention in its entirety consists of two bags of 12 ml in length by 1 meter of useful height.
