Abstract

The bag has two walls (2a, 2b) connected together, and adhesive tapes (6a, 6b). The respective tapes are arranged on outer sides of the walls and overlap with upper ends of the walls when the bag is not disposed in a container (7). The tapes unstuck from the outer portion of the walls for sticking on the container. Inner strips are welded at ends of the respective walls and are inserted in the hems of the walls.

Description

The present invention relates to a bag with a sliding link with a

double adhesive.

  The invention more particularly relates to a bag intended in particular to be arranged in a bin, and which is provided at its upper end with at least one adhesive for holding the bag on the trash.

  There are already bags with an elastic link intended in particular for closing the bag. Thus US Pat. No. 4,913,560 discloses a bag provided with an adhesive coated with a material which, when using the bag, tears and discovers the adhesive. This can then be used to close the bag.

  U.S. Patent No. 4,008,851 discloses a bag having an adhesive strip located near the opening of the bag. This band allows the closure of the bag after use.

  This type of bag closure device, although convenient, does not allow optimal retention of the bag on its container. In addition, this adhesive bond tends to tear in the extent that it is not protected, or to detach thereby no longer closing the bag.

  The invention proposes to remedy this disadvantage by proposing a bag allowing both an effective and practical closure, while ensuring a good retention of the bag on its container.

  For this purpose, the subject of the present invention is a flexible plastic bag intended to be placed in a container, in particular a bin, consisting of two walls bonded together by lateral welding beads, characterized in that at least one adhesive tape is disposed on each wall when the bag is not used.

  The bags according to the invention are preferably known in the form of a long strip arranged in the form of a roll. They are tied to each other laterally and easily detach by pulling one of the bags while holding the roll. This bag is then placed in a container such as a bin.

  The invention will be better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a representation of the bag according to a first variant embodiment, FIG. 2 represents the bag according to the first embodiment variant when it is closed, Figure 3 shows the bag according to a second embodiment, Figure 4 is a representation of the bag on a trash according to one or other embodiment.

  The bag 1 according to the invention consists of two side walls 2a and 2b, interconnected by lateral weld seams. The bag 1 is closed at its lower end and provided with an opening at its upper end.

  This bag can be of various sizes and shapes depending on the needs of the user and the size of the container.

  The upper end of each wall 2a, 2b of the bag 1 is respectively provided with a hem 3a, 3b.

  A strip 4a, 4b of flexible plastic material is inserted inside each hem 3a, 3b. This band 4a, 4b is welded on each side of the walls 2a, 2b of the bag.

  An opening 5a, 5b is provided at the middle of each wall 2a, 2b at the upper end of the hems 3a, 3b. This opening may have a semi-spherical shape or any other suitable form.

  This opening 5a, 5b allows the user to catch the band 4a, 4b in order to extract it from the opening by a sliding movement and to form handles. This also allows the upper part of the walls 2a, 2b to collapse which has the effect of bringing the walls 2a, 2b against each other. The bag 1 can then be closed by making a knot with both handles and / or be transported.

  The upper part of the bag 1 is also provided with at least one adhesive 6a, 6b bonded to both the outer portion and the inner portion of the walls 2a, 2b. The adhesive 6a can easily be partially detached, that is to say at the outer portion of the walls 2a, 2b during the introduction of the bag 1 in a container 7; this part of the adhesive 6a will thus maintain the bag 1 on the container 7 by a simple attachment while remaining partially attached to the bag 1. The adhesive 6a will maintain the bag 1 in the container 7 on which it is fixed while optimizing the opening of the bag in the container 7 with a second adhesive 6b. When this adhesive 6b is partially peeled, it will be fixed inside the bag 1, when it will be placed in the container, thus optimizing and adjusting its opening, especially if the bag wrinkles. The adhesive 6b thus allows the attachment of one of the walls 2a, 2b against the container 7. This double attachment, both on the outside of the container and inside the bag 1, thus allows a good fixing of the bag on the container while facilitating its opening.

  The adhesive 6a can also be simply attached to the outer face of the walls 2a, 2b. It will detach entirely during the introduction of the bag 1 in the container 7, allowing the user to choose where he wants to place the adhesive 6a. A second adhesive 6b can also be placed on the bag 1 to be fixed inside the bag 1 at the upper end of the container. These two adhesives allow a good attachment of the bag 1 on the container both on the outside of the container and inside the bag.

  Thanks to the adhesive strips according to the invention, according to one or other of the variants, these allow optimal fixation of the bag on the trash or any other type of container.

Flexible plastic bag intended to be placed in a container, in particular a trash can, consisting of two interconnected walls, characterized in that at least one adhesive strip 6a, 6b is disposed on each wall when the bag is not used.   2. Soft plastic bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the adhesive strip 6a, 6b overlaps the upper end of each wall 2a, 2b when the bag is not arranged in a container 7.   3. Flexible plastic bag according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that at least one adhesive strip 6a, 6b is detached from the outer portion of the walls to be adhered to the container 7.   4. Flexible plastic bag according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that at least one adhesive strip 6a, 6b is fixed inside the bag 1 when it is disposed in the container 7.   5. Flexible plastic bag according to claim 1, characterized in that an adhesive strip 6a, 6b is disposed on the outer face of each wall 2a, 2b when the bag is not disposed in the container 7.   6. Soft plastic bag according to claim 5, characterized in that the adhesive strip 6a, 6b is fully detached from the walls 2a, 2b to maintain the bag 1 on the container 7.   7.
