Abstract

The system has a boiler to which radiators of a central heater are connected via pipes. A valve (13) deviating fluid to a cold unit (10) through pipes (11, 12) is connected to the heater by a link (14). A tank (15) for retaining condenser water is added on one of the radiators so that the water is injected in one of the former pipes through a pump (16) and a tube (17). A fan (18) blows air on the radiator to which the tank is added. An independent claim is also included for a method for cooling a location.
