Abstract

The invention relates to a product dehydration installation comprising a housing (1), a device for the intake of air contained in the housing, an open product receptacle (18) received in the housing, and means for adsorbing humidity (17). Said housing comprises a compartment for receiving the open receptacle, at least one wall of said compartment being formed by a layer (7, 8) of the adsorption means (17), through which the air contained in the compartment is evacuated.
