Abstract
An air purifier which alone can dry a target space by purified air. A humidity regulation/air purification device (1) placed and used in a target space has an air purification unit (2), a dehumidification unit (3), and a control section (6). The air purification unit (2) purifies air in the target space. The dehumidification unit (3) reduces the humidity in the target space. The control section (6) has a control mode, or a dehumidification/air purification mode. In the dehumidification/air purification mode, the control section (6) causes the air purification unit (2) to execute an air purification operation where the air purification unit (2) performs an air purification function and at the same time causes the dehumidification unit (3) to execute a dehumidification operation where the dehumidification unit (3) performs a dehumidification function.
