Abstract

The bin has an anti-theft device (3) with a sliding system and a lock (61). The system allows guiding of blocking units (40) between locking and open positions as per horizontal translation movement. The lock allows to lock the units in the locking position, in a reversible and controlled manner and immobilizes the device in the locking position. The units have a cover formed with a lower sliding bar (31) in its lower part. The arch is covered and not covered by the blocking units in the blocking and open positions, respectively.

BINS WITH INAMOVIBLE ANTI-THEFT DEVICE

  The present invention relates to a bucket for transporting bulk materials, and more particularly an antitheft device equipping this bucket.

  It is known for the transport of bulk materials, to use transport tippers. Such a bucket conventionally comprises a container generally having five walls: a horizontal bottom wall and four walls assembled more or less perpendicular to the bottom wall and between them, two by two, to form sides. This bucket may optionally have an upper wall.

  Such a bucket is intended to be deposited on the ground during its use / filling. To move, such a bucket is loaded on a platform vehicle that provides transportation.

  In order to load / unload on the transport vehicle, this bucket is equipped with lifting means. It is known essentially two types of skips differing by the means of uplift. The first type of bucket comprises four tenons arranged on the side walls of the bucket and intended to receive chain slings that lift the bucket from the top. The second type of bucket comprises a hitch hoop generally disposed on the front wall. This arch is intended to receive a lifting hook located at the end of an articulated arm, most often mounted on the transport vehicle. This lifting hook allows lifting the bucket and hoist on the platform of the transport vehicle during loading or conversely to push the bucket and lay it on the ground during unloading. The present invention relates more particularly to the bins of the second type, namely those provided with a hitching hoop.

  A bulk material bucket is usually abandoned unattended when in use. The problem arises then to prevent a flight of the bucket. In order to prevent the unauthorized lifting and moving of the bucket, it is advantageous to protect the bucket by an antitheft device. Known antitheft devices focus on protecting the means (s) for lifting the bucket, to prohibit the engagement of a lifting hook or sling in the lifting means.

  EP 0531907 describes several antitheft devices adaptable to skips having lifting means of the first or second type. In the case of the lifting means of the second type, the antitheft device consists of a removable safety sleeve which is fixed on / around the hitching hoop, and prevents the engagement of a lifting hook. As devices at least partly removable, when not involved, the non-integral parts of the bucket can generate some embarrassment and clutter, and may even be misplaced.

  GB 23293164 discloses a device consisting of means forming a cover which, by rotation in a hinge system disposed horizontally and in the lower vicinity of the hoop, covers or uncover said hoop. However, with the system described, the zones directly above or below the hoop, areas where must be able to freely move the lifting hook, are always at least partially congested, even when the cover does not cover the rollbar.

  The present invention aims to provide an antitheft device to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.

  In particular, the invention aims to provide an antitheft device for bins for transporting bulk materials, manufacturing constraints, including technicality and cost, compatible with this type of industry.

  Another object of the invention is to provide an anti-theft device that may be suitable for a wide range of conventional models hitch roll bar, or possibly that can be easily mounted on skips already in circulation.

  The invention thus relates to a bucket for transporting bulk material, comprising: - a container, - at least one hitch bar located on an outer face of a wall forming the container, and intended to receive a hook of lifting adapted to allow the lifting of said bucket-in particular to hoist it on a platform vehicle-, and - an antitheft device secured to the container and adapted to allow, by obstructive means, to hide or unmask said arch according to that it is desired to prohibit or not the engagement of a lifting hook on said hoop.

  According to the invention, said antitheft device comprises: - a slide system for guiding said obstructing means in a translational movement horizontal and parallel to the wall provided with said arch, between a locking position where the arch is hidden by said obstructive means, and an open position where said obstructing means do not mask the hoop and are in proximity, in a lateral position to the hoop, - a locking system which makes it possible to block, in reversible and controlled ways, said obstructive means in said blocking position.

  Thus, when the obstructive means are in the open position, the hitch bar is clear, but also the entire area located above and below the hoop. This zone is the zone of evolution of the lifting hook, in said vertical plane, both during the engagement maneuvers of the hook in the arch, as during the release maneuvers. The anti-theft device in the open position therefore completely clears the useful area both hooking maneuvers / uncoupling the hoop and the hoist lifting maneuvers / movement, made by the hook.

  Conventionally, bulk material conveying buckets generally have lateral reinforcement amounts arranged laterally on either side of the hitching hoop. The invention advantageously uses these amounts of reinforcement for the establishment of an antitheft device according to the invention.

  Advantageously and according to a first variant embodiment, the slide system according to the invention may consist of at least one straight rod, called sliding rod, capable of sliding according to the translational movement of the obstructing means, and through a through bore made in the thickness of a reinforcement post located laterally to the arch; an end portion of said sliding rod being rigidly associated with said obstructive means. According to this particular embodiment, one will refrain from using a round rod to prevent it from rotating around its axis and hinders the translation of the obstructive means.

  According to another alternative embodiment of an antitheft device according to the invention, the slide system consists of a pair of straight and parallel sliding rods, able to slide together according to the translational movement of the obstructive means, and through a pair of through bores made in the thickness of a reinforcement post located laterally to the hoop; said obstructive means being rigidly attached to an end portion of each of said slide rods.

  Advantageously and according to the invention, the sliding of said sliding rods is carried out jointly by maneuvering a handle which holds said rods integrally by opposite ends to the obstructing means; said handle and said obstructive means being on either side of said reinforcement post.

  Advantageously and according to the invention, these two rods are respectively inscribed in an upper plane and a lower plane to the arch.

  According to another characteristic of the invention, each of the rods of the slide system is parallel to the front wall and sufficiently close to this wall to prevent the engagement of a lifting hook between it and this wall.

  According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the obstructive means is a cowl completely disengaging the arch when the obstructive means are in the open position and completely covering the arch when the obstructing means are in the locking position.

  According to another characteristic of the invention, the bucket comprises two planar ears, vertical and perpendicular to the front wall, located laterally on either side of the hitching bar which they ensure the connection with said front wall, the hood includes a sheet of metal folded according to a profile matching the outer edge of the ears.

  Advantageously, the cover has a width substantially equal to the distance between the two ears.

  According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the cover comprises an upper flap and a lower flap along the wall provided with the hoop.

  The cover advantageously comprises an inclined plane in its lower part.

  According to another characteristic of the invention, each of the sliding rods is sufficiently close to the wall provided with the bow, to prohibit the engagement of a lifting hook around said sliding rod.

  Advantageously, the slide system comprises, coaxial and facing each sliding rod, a reinforcing rod attached to the second reinforcing post, the end of said reinforcing rod cooperating with the end of the corresponding sliding rod, in order to reinforcing said sliding rod, when the obstructive means are in the locking position.

  Advantageously and according to the invention, said reinforcing rod has an end shaped according to a profile complementary to that of the corresponding sliding rod so that these ends can fit into each other when the obstructive means are in the blocking position.

  Advantageously and according to the invention, the antitheft device has means for preventing the inadvertent sliding of the obstructing means when the latter are in the open position.

  An advantage of the device according to the invention is to be retractable laterally and not to hinder the nominal operation of the lifting hook 25, being effected in a vertical plane, when the lock is in the open position.

  Another advantage of the device according to the invention is not to present roughness that may constitute a secondary coupling point.

  Another advantage of the device according to the invention is to be able to be operated simply in a single movement of a single set.

  Another advantage of the device according to the invention is to have an exceptional strength of the anti-theft device against tampering, by the use of the amounts of reinforcement and reinforcing rods, and the absence of attachment points or the sink.

  Another advantage of the device according to the invention is not to hinder the operations of engagement of a hook and lifting, thanks to the possibility of locking the antitheft device in the open position.

  The invention also relates to a bucket and an antitheft device for bucket, characterized, in combination, by all or part of the characteristics above or below.

  Other features, details and advantages of the invention will emerge from the following detailed description which refers to all the figures numbered 1 to 3 and in which: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a bucket equipped with an antitheft device according to the invention, and whose obstructive means are in the locking position, - Figure 2 shows a front view of the antitheft device with the obstructing means in the open position, - Figure 3 shows a view in perspective of the same anti-theft device with the obstructive means in the locking position.

  FIG. 1 shows an example of a bucket for transporting bulk materials according to the invention. This bucket is provided with a hoop 1 front hitch. Such a bucket comprises a container 2 for containing bulk materials. This container 2 is made by assembling, on the periphery of a lower horizontal wall which serves as a base and laying plane to the container 2 and the bucket, two side walls and two end walls. This container 2 usually does not include a top wall. This provides an upward opening, by which materials can be introduced into container 2 of the bucket.

  This bucket includes a hitch 1 hitch. This hoop 1 coupling is disposed on an outer face 20 of at least one of the front walls of the container 2.

  The hoop 1 consists of a substantially linear bar, having a slight curvature or a slight bend in the middle. It is intended to receive a lifting hook which it authorizes engagement to allow said hook, the handle of said hook from surrounding the section of the arch 1, to pull on the arch 1, to lift and move the bucket to which the hoop 1 is securely fixed.

  The bucket also generally has reinforcing posts 10 and 11 placed on the front wall 20. These reinforcing posts 10 and 11 which extend on each side of the bow 1 (laterally, on either side of the hitch 1) advantageously allow to fix the antitheft device 3.

  The antitheft device 3 according to the invention is made to remain attached to the bucket.

  The bucket thus also has an antitheft device 3 to prevent unauthorized movement of this bucket.

  Figures 2 and 3 illustrate in more detail an embodiment of such an antitheft device 3.

  This device 3 comprises a slide system and obstructive means 40. The obstructive means 40 provide protection of the hoop 1 when the antitheft device 3 is in the locked position. The slider system, here fixed sliding relative to the amount of reinforcement 10 can move by translation through the through bores made in the thickness of said reinforcement amount 10. The obstructive means 40 fixed integrally to one end of the sliding rods 30 and 31 of the slide system can thus, through sliding movement by translation of the slide system, move from the open position to the locking position.

  An open position is shown in Figure 3. In this open position the obstructive means of the antitheft device 3 have been moved from the locking position, thus releasing access to the hitch bar 1 and allowing the commitment of a lifting hook. The passage from the open position to the closed position is effected by a translational movement of the obstructive means. The reverse movement of the passage from the closed position 15 to the open position 16 is carried out according to the inverse translation.

  When the obstructive means are in the open position, the hitch bar 1 is released, but also the entire area located both above and below the hoop 1. This area is the area of evolution of the hook lifting, in said vertical plane, both during hook engagement maneuvers in the arch 1, as during the release maneuvers. The anti-theft device 3 in the open position thus completely clears the useful area both hooking maneuvers / uncoupling the hoop and the hoop 1 that lifting maneuvers / moving the bucket performed by the hook.

  As shown, the slide system comprises two sliding rods 30 and 31 parallel, flanking the hoop 1, one above, the other below. This arrangement makes it possible to maintain in the front of the arch 1 the obstructive means 40 covering it completely and strongly stiffened by the presence of these two sliding rods 30 and 31, thus offering increased resistance against possible tampering. It then becomes more difficult to twist or deform the obstructive means 40 thus held between the two sliding rods 30 and 31. The obstructive means 40 connect and secure the two sliding rods 30 and 31 at one of their ends.

  A link advantageously connects the two sliding rods at their other end. This link advantageously forms a handle 60.

  Such an arrangement makes it possible to constitute a more rigid antitheft device 3, forming a drawer, having two sliding points relative to the amount of reinforcement 10 and thus less subject to jamming during the sliding movement in translation. The links sliding rods, located on either side of the amount of reinforcement 10, also serve as stops to the translation and help to make the antitheft device 3 irremovable.

  The sliding rods 30 and 31 of the slider system are arranged so that they are very close to the front wall 10. This is achieved, for example, by fixing the slider system to the reinforcing post 10, very close to the front wall 20. The proximity of the slide system of the front wall 20 is desirable to prevent the engagement of a lifting hook in the gap left between the sliding rods 30 and 31 and said front wall 20. Such a commitment would, in fact, inoperative anti-theft device 3, the sliding rods 30 and 31 may be functionally substituted for the arch 1 that is to be protected.

  It is thus necessary that the gap left between the sliding rods 30 and 31 and the front wall 20 remains smaller than the dimension of a lifting hook potential of the smallest possible reasonable size.

  According to another embodiment not illustrated, the slide system may comprise a single sliding rod. Then said sliding rod is provided with a means preventing it from rotating about its axis. This is, for example, achieved by a prismatic sliding rod. However, such a device has a weakness against burglary, for example in rotation, bearing on the obstructive means 40 used as a lever, and it will prefer a device with two rods as illustrated below.

  In order to increase the rigidity of the anti-theft device 3, it is advantageous to lock the slide system when it comes into the locking position. The slide system is then completed by reinforcement rods 32 and 33 fixed to the second reinforcement post 11. Such reinforcing rods 32 and 33 are arranged opposite the sliding rods 30 and 31, coaxially.

  The end of each reinforcing rod 32 and 33 is shaped according to a profile complementary to that of the end of the corresponding sliding rods 30 and 31, so that these profiles mutually interlock to form a rigidified assembly. This profile advantageously has a symmetry of revolution, for example a reentrant cone cooperating with a similar cone outgoing, in order, on the one hand, to facilitate the interlocking and, on the other hand, to ensure good resistance to transverse displacement. tending to offset one of the sliding rods 30 and 31 relative to one of the reinforcing rods 32 and 33 corresponding. This contributes to producing a very solid slide system in the locking position.

  The obstructive means 40 are shaped so as to be sufficiently close to the front wall 20. The purpose of this feature is twofold: it is on the one hand to prohibit the passage of a tool that can allow burglary and On the other hand, it is, as previously for the slide system, to prevent the engagement of a lifting hook. It is to be feared a break that would aim to remove or deform the obstructive means 40 to allow access to the bow 1 sufficient to allow the engagement of a hook. It is also necessary to fear a circumvention of the antitheft device 3, which becomes ineffective if one of its components offers an effective grip when engaging a lifting hook and thus functionally replace the hoop 1 that the antitheft device 3 aims to mask.

  The obstructive means 40 consist of a cover 2 shaped so as to completely cover the hoop 1 when the antitheft device is in the locking position and to disengage it completely when the latter is in the open position. Given the disposition of the arch 1 and its lugs 50 and 51 this is, for example, obtained by producing the bonnet from a sheet of metal whose rolling / folding profile matches the profile of the lugs 50 and 51. In view of the translational movement, such a cover moves thus coming to marry the ears 50 and 51.

  As shown in Figure 3, in the locking position, the cover forming the obstructing means 40 completely covers the hoop 1 and the two lugs 50 and 51, in cooperation with which it forms a closed box.   A preferred conformation of the hood consists of providing an upper flap 41 at its upper end and a lower flap 42 at its lower end. These metal flaps are preferably parallel to the front wall 20. They are as close as possible, always to avoid the introduction of a burglar or the engagement of a hook. They can advantageously be made integral with the cover, by additional folds.

  In order to offer a better resistance to potential break-ins, the hood is advantageously shaped, in its lower part, in an inclined plane 43 directly joining the lower part of the lugs 50 and 51 to the lower sliding bar 31.

  The antitheft device 3 is provided with a handle 60 for maneuvering, allowing an operator to mobilize it between the open and locking positions. This handle 60 is for example placed at the end of the slide system and located towards the outside of the reinforcing post 10 as illustrated in the figures.

  To ensure its anti-theft function, the antitheft device 3 is preferably provided with a lock 61 for immobilizing the device 3 in the blocking position.

  The lock 61 is provided with a key or any equivalent device allowing the authorized user to be recognized as such.
