Abstract

The device has a roller (1) with a continuous bag strip having perforated separation lines between straps of a bag (2) and base of another bag. The roller is placed in a container whose lower part forms a semi-hexagon (3) such that one of its angles constitutes a base that extends into an opening (5) with a flap (6). The flap is inserted into a space to support against base of the latter bag, to detach the bags at the lines.

Description

The present invention relates to a bag dispensing device

  plastic straps connected to each other in a continuous band wound on itself, and provided between them perforated separation lines. This device is intended in particular for fruit and vegetable departments of supermarkets or grocery stores.

  It is known that plastic bags for this purpose generally do not comprise straps and that their distribution is traditionally carried out by means of devices comprising a transverse axis holding the roll formed by the bag of bags and requiring, for the separation of a bag draw the bag with one hand while holding the next bag or roll with the other hand.

  The practical aspect of such devices is limited both with regard to the plastic bags they include, these being devoid of straps, handles or any other system allowing their good grip, that with regard to the mechanism of separation itself which requires the use of both hands and involves a risk of deformation or tearing of the bag, or even reeling of the roll if the consumer does not hold the bag adjacent to the one he pulls.

  The next bag may be difficult to locate or grasp, its end being below the roll, glued to the surface of it.

  The reassortment involves installing a new roller around the transverse axis.

  Finally, these devices are generally bulky, the plastic bags being rolled over their entire width.

  An object of the invention is to provide a distributor of plastic bags straps connected together in a continuous band wound on itself.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a dispenser for easy separation of said bags under the terms of an operation performed with one hand and leaving them intact.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a dispenser for easy access to the next bag.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a dispenser with improved means for easy and quick reassortment in plastic bags.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a distributor the least bulky possible.

  According to the invention, these goals are achieved thanks to the existence on the dispenser of a tongue intended to be inserted between the shoulder straps of the bag whose bottom is pulled by the consumer, and a beak on which is found the next bag after the separation operation with the seized one and where it remains due to the quasi-triangular base of the receptacle in which the roll is placed.

  The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention. Figure 1 shows, viewed from the side, the receptacle in which the roll of bags is placed. Figure 2 shows, front view, the nozzle and the tongue of the distributor.

  Figure 3 shows, seen from above, the continuous strip of plastic bags provided with separation strips between the straps of the first bag and the bottom of the next bag.

  With reference to these drawings, the device according to the invention comprises a cylindrical roller (1) composed of a continuous band of plastic bags with straps (10) provided with perforated separation lines (11) between the straps of a first bag (2) and the bottom of the next one (9), and folded, on each of their sides, the width of the straps (12).

  The roller is placed in an open receptacle on the top, the lower part of which forms a half-hexagon (3) positioned in such a way that one of its corners constitutes the base of the receptacle, which is extended, on the front, in a beak (5) having at its end a tongue (6).

  On each side of the receptacle whose width corresponds to that of the roller, there are flanges (4) of a height sufficient to maintain and stability of the roller within the receptacle.

  The tongue (6) has the function of being inserted into the existing space (13) between the straps of the seized bag (2) in order to bear against the bottom of the next bag (9) and thus allow the bags to be detached. at the location of the perforated separation lines (II).

  This operation is simple and easy to carry out: it is carried out with one hand and only involves pulling the bag seized.

  The following bag is very easily accessible, the bottom of it being located, because of its detachment with the previous bag, on the beak (5). Maintaining the bag at this point is made possible by the half-hexagonal shape of the receptacle (3) allowing the setting of the roller (1) placed therein and avoiding its free rotation, as well as the existence of flanges (4).

  This arrangement also allows the easy and quick introduction of a new roll.

  The folding of the bags of the width of the straps on each of their sides (12) makes it possible to reduce the width of the roll (1), while leaving between the straps thus folded (10) a sufficient space (13) for the passage of the tongue (6).

  The receptacle is fixed at its back (7) to a vertical rod (8) resting on a base in the embodiment according to Figure 1.

  It can also be attached to the display or to a vertical rod as referred to above attached this time in height to any support.

  The device can finally be coupled and have two receptacles attached to the same vertical rod.

  The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the provision to the consumer, in supermarkets and grocery stores, of plastic bags for packaging fruit and vegetables.

Claims (7)

  1) Device for dispensing plastic bags with straps (10), characterized in that said bags, connected to each other in a continuous strip, have perforated separation lines (II) between the straps of a first bag (2). ) and the bottom of the next one (9) and are folded, on each of their sides, the width of the straps (12).   2) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bag web forms a cylindrical roller (1).   3) Device according to claims 1 and 2, for separating the bags, characterized by the existence on the front of the receptacle, a tongue (6) intended to be inserted into the existing space (13) between the folded shoulder straps of the seized bag (2) to come to rest against the bottom of the next bag (9) and thus allow their detachment at the location of the perforated separation lines (11).   4) Device according to the preceding claims, allowing easy access to the next bag characterized by the presence of a spout (5) at the end of which is the tongue (6) and on which is positioned the following bag (9) after detachment with the bag seized (2).   5) Device according to the preceding claims, for wedging the roll (1) to prevent its free rotation and thus ensure the maintenance of the following bag on the spout (5), characterized by the half hexagonal shape of the lower part of the receptacle (3) of which one of the corners is the base where is placed the roller (1) and the existence of flanges (4).   6) Device according to the preceding claims, allowing a quick and easy reassortment of the dispenser, characterized by the open upper part of the receptacle and in that the roller is simply placed in the latter.   7) Device according to the preceding claims, the least bulky possible 25, characterized by the folding of the bags, on each of their sides, the width of their straps (12).
