Abstract

The unit has a support unit (30) comprising two strips (4) already pierced with holes (5) and fixed on a window support (9) by screws and pegs. The strips are connected to two posts (1) that are provided with series of blind holes (2) in which pins (3) are housed to anchorage a jardiniere. Two openings of the jardiniere rests on the pins, and the holes (2) are inclined towards bottom.

Description

L'invention concerne le domaine du jardinage et, plus particulièrement celui des balconnières, jardinières et leurs supports.
Ces derniers existent pour balcons, murs, dessous de fenêtres et ouvertures de fenêtres ; on connaît ces types de support par les documents : WO 02/05694 A 1, FR 27 33138, EP 04590845, EP 0206994 B1, 25 10349, 2 555 342, GB 2150207,DE 3506 407. Ils ne permettent pas de régler le niveau de hauteur de la Jardinière.
L'invention est un combiné support et jardinière pour adaptation sur appuis de fenêtres, bordure de terrasse ou murs. elle a pour buts de réaliser, depuis l'intérieur de la maison, toutes les opérations de : - fixation aisée et sécurisée (plus de 150 kg à l'arrachement) du support sur tous les appuis de fenêtres. - réglage de la hauteur de la jardinière afin de permettre la fermeture des volets et ce, de manière rapide et sans effort, grâce à une poignée de préhension. - installation et rentrée, pour l'hiver, de la jardinière dans la maison où les plantes y seront conservées pour la saison suivante. - arrosages de manière idéale par rétention et évacuation des eaux à la demande et ce, sans écoulements sur les murs.
L'invention est décrite ci-après à l'aide d'un exemple et de références aux dessins joints dans lesquels :
la jardinière FIG 3 (10), de forme tronconique avec la face arrière verticale (11), couplée à un support FIG 1 (30) pourvu de moyens de fixation (6) (5) (2) (3) (13) permettant son accrochage à différents niveaux (h) pour man u̇vrer les volets d'une fenêtre et ce, en fonction de la variété et le niveau de croissance des plantes.
L'élément support (30) comprend deux feuillards (4) pré.percés (5) qui se fixent sur l'appui de fenêtre (9) à l'aide de vis et chevilles (6) ; ils sont liés à deux montants (1) de forme parallélépipédique qui se plaquent contre le mur (23) et dont l'écartement est maintenu à l'aide d'une tige filetée et écrou (7) (8). Les montants (1) sont pourvus d'une série de trous borgnes (2) inclinés vers le bas, dans lesquels se logent deux goupilles (3) par montant, qui maintiennent la jardinière (10) grâce à deux ouvertures (13) accessibles à sa partie supérieure.
Les montants (1) peuvent être rallongés par ajout d'éléments FIG (2) (28) tenant entre eux par tenon et mortaise (29).
La forme et la largeur des nez d'appui de fenêtres sont variées ; pour un bon appui vertical des montants (1) sur le mur, on fixe à l'arrière de ces derniers des cales si besoin était.
Une variante à l'élément support (30) consiste à fixer directement les deux montants (1) sur le mur à l'aide de chevilles et vis.
La jardinière FIG (3) (10) comprend sur sa partie supérieure, une poignée de préhension (12) facilitant toutes man u̇vres, et sur sa partie basse trois ou quatre pieds (14) de hauteurs différentes afin que la ligne d'action du centre de gravité(24) de la jardinière passe par le centre (26) des points d'appui au sol (25) pour en assurer la stabilité lorsqu'elle est posée à terre.
Afin de pouvoir retenir et ensuite évacuer les eaux d'arrosages et permettre l'aération du substrat, la jardinière (1) est FIG 4, traversée de haut en bas par un tube (15) pourvu d'ouvertures (18) et vissé étanche (16) (17) (19) sur le fond du bac. Ce tube (15) comprend un bouchon interne souple (21) manoeuvré par le haut à l'aide d'une languette (22) qui sont reliés à une tige ou tube (20) afin d'obturer ou libérer les ouvertures (18).
Le tube (15) peut être pourvu à sa base d'un bouchon (27) vissé sur le dépassement de l'embout fileté (16) afin d'assurer l'étanchéité parfaite.
Hormis les feuillards et les goupilles (3) (4) qui, pour des questions de sécurité sont réalisés en métal inoxydable, les autres pièces peuvent l'être suivant un grand choix de matériaux : de synthèse, résines, plastiques, bois, métaux, voire béton armé et allégé pour les montants (1).The invention relates to the field of gardening and, more particularly that of flower boxes, planters and their supports.

The invention is described below with the aid of an example and of references to the accompanying drawings in which:
the FIG 3 planter (10), of frustoconical shape with the vertical rear face (11), coupled to a FIG 1 support (30) provided with fixing means (6) (5) (2) (3) (13) allowing its attachment to different levels (h) to maneuver the shutters of a window, depending on the variety and level of growth of the plants.
The support element (30) comprises two strips (4) pre-drilled (5) which are fixed on the window sill (9) using screws and plugs (6); they are linked to two uprights (1) of parallelepiped shape which are pressed against the wall (23) and the spacing of which is maintained using a threaded rod and nut (7) (8). The uprights (1) are provided with a series of blind holes (2) inclined downward, in which are housed two pins (3) per upright, which hold the planter (10) through two openings (13) accessible to its upper part.
The uprights (1) can be extended by adding FIG elements (2) (28) holding between them by tenon and mortise (29).
The shape and width of window sills are varied; for good vertical support of the uprights (1) on the wall, shims are fixed at the rear of the latter if necessary.
A variant of the support element (30) consists in fixing the two uprights (1) directly to the wall using wall plugs and screws.
The FIG planter (3) (10) comprises on its upper part, a grip handle (12) facilitating all maneuvers, and on its lower part three or four feet (14) of different heights so that the line of action of the center of gravity (24) of the planter passes through the center (26) of the ground support points (25) to ensure stability when placed on the ground.
In order to be able to retain and then evacuate the irrigation water and allow the aeration of the substrate, the planter (1) is FIG 4, traversed from top to bottom by a tube (15) provided with openings (18) and screwed tight (16) (17) (19) on the bottom of the tank.
