Abstract
D'après un procédé de fabrication d'un piston comprenant un corps de piston avec des canaux de passage de fluide qui sont recouverts par des disques de soupape sur des corps d'appui à surfaces d'appui de soupape, le corps de piston est réalisé sous forme de disque, d'un seul tenant, par découpage-estampage, et, en se référant à un corps de base de piston, les corps d'appui en relief sur une face du piston sont réalisés sous forme de creux sur la face axialement opposée du piston, et le piston comporte au moins un appui de montage pour les disques de soupape, qui est obtenu sur les deux faces du piston, également par estampage hors du corps de base de piston 29 ; l'appui de montage 33 du corps de piston 5G est formé, dans une matrice 43a, 43b, à partir du corps de piston, par écoulement de fluage de matière à l'encontre du mouvement de pressage d'un outil de déformation 45, 47.
