Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de bandoulières évolutives,The present invention relates to an evolving strap device,
collaborantes etcollaborating and
enveloppantes avec articulations, pour sacs à dos et autres accessoires, destiné à améliorer l'ergonomie et le confort d'utilisation qui restent encore à perfectionner dans ce domaine. enveloping with joints, for backpacks and other accessories, intended to improve ergonomics and comfort of use which still need to be improved in this area.
The device according to the invention makes it possible to meet this need, it in fact comprises, according to a first characteristic of the extensible elements: the elastic straps associated with the shoulder straps and the body of the bag.
These extensible elements combined together form a frame or a canvas which, once tensioned, provides an increased lateral contact surface on either side of the bag providing the wearer with excellent support.
According to a second characteristic, all the ends of the elastic belts converge towards a hooking piece acting as an articulation, making it possible to stress them simultaneously, by modifying their geometry.
According to a last characteristic, particular arrangements are necessary for the proper functioning of the belts, this is why the bag has certain specific parts 15 allowing satisfactory development of these.
According to particular embodiments: The volume and the shape of the bag or of the accessory can vary considerably, which does not change the organization of the device. The belts can have elastic property, or not.
The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figures 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6 represent the bag in situation, that is to say carried by a mannequin, which makes it possible to understand its operation and the gesture being associated therewith. Figures 7; 8; 9; 10; 1 1; 12 represent the bag in situation according to another embodiment.
With reference to these drawings, the device comprises extendable elements which act both as components of the main shoulder straps and of annexed straps for buckling at the waist, these are the primary (1) and secondary (2) elastic belts. , (fig. 3). These 30 primary (1) and secondary (2) elastic belts are organized in a network, that is to say that they associate, collaborate and work together until creating a canvas or a net with variable geometry, capable of deform to better wrap the flanks of the wearer thus providing excellent support. The primary belts (1) replace the conventional elements which provide the junction between the shoulder straps (3), (fig. 3) and the bottom corners (4), (fig. 3) of the backpack. They come to play between these two supports and are associated with them by means of connecting pieces which are rigid elements of metal or plastic called deflection pieces. These deflection pieces are, in a way, passers-by, whose role is comparable to that of pulleys, in fact, they influence the course of the primary elastic belts (1), turning them over themselves and allowing them to change direction depending requests of the moment. We distinguish the high deflection pieces 10 (5), (fig. 3), fixed to the free ends of the shoulder straps (3) by rivets or by sewing, they capture and channel the high ends of the primary elastic belts (1) . We then distinguish the low deflection pieces (6), (fig. 3), fixed to the bottom corners (4) of the backpack by rivets or by sewing, they capture and channel the lower ends of the primary elastic belts (1). When the ends of the primary elastic belts (1) 15 emerge from the deflection pieces they turn over and converge towards each other to come together by means of rings (7), (fig. 3) which are connecting and hinge parts. The ends of each primary elastic strap (1) are hooked on each side of their ring (7), so that on each side of the backpack we observe a double loop-shaped strap. The secondary elastic belts (2) 20 complete the device described above and aim to further increase the efficiency thereof. The secondary elastic belts (2) come to play between the free ends of the shoulder straps (3) to which they are associated by sewing and the sides of the bag, a little below the armpits, to which they are associated by connecting pieces that we call secondary deflection pieces (8), (fig. 3). The secondary deflection pieces (8) 25 of the same kind as those described above, are fixed by rivets or by sewing to the sides of the backpack, they capture and channel the secondary elastic belts (2) which come to them perpendicular to the body of the bag. When the secondary deflection pieces (8) pass, the secondary elastic belts (2) turn over on themselves and change direction so as to sew on the most distant edges 30 of the rings (7). Each ring (7) on each side of the bag therefore brings together three ends of different elastic belts emanating from three different directions. Each end of the secondary elastic belts (2) has beyond its point of attachment to the ring (7) a small excess of strap allowing the attachment of a male part (9), (fig. 4) d 'any looping system for the right part of the backpack and a female part (10), (fig. 4) of any looping system for its left part.
According to another embodiment, the rings (7) can be replaced by a different articulation system. In this case, the ends of the primary (1) and secondary (2) elastic belts are reinforced by metal eyelets (l 1) (fig. 12) which overlap. These eyelets are secured by a rivet (12), (fig. 12) which nevertheless allows them to slide relative to each other, thus allowing the play of the joints.
2010 When the wearer desires very good support for his backpack, he need only grasp the male part (9) of any looping system and the female part (10) of any looping system and then associate. In doing so, the carrier of the bag drives the rings (7) or the rivets and therefore simultaneously causes the tensioning of the primary and secondary elastic belts. It modifies at the same time the geometry of the network of belts which becomes very enveloping inducing a very firm contact with the bag. The deflection pieces accompany the changes in direction of the belts allowing them to turn well flat. When the carrier of the bag loosens the grip of the device, the straps flow back to their initial position and leaving no excess strap. 20
