Abstract

An elastic strap (1) which serves as both main and secondary shoulder strap acts between two textile supports representing elements connecting the strap with a body of a bag. The connecting elements coming from the body of the bag comprise an upper or shoulder section (2) associated with the elastic strap by an upper deviation element (4), and a lower section (3) stitched to one end of the strap. On return to its point of origin the elastic strap is guided through a lower deviation element (5) fixed on the lower section (3). The free end of the elastic strap (1) located beyond the lower deviation element (5) has a part (6) for attachment with a part (7) located at the base of the bag and on the side opposite to the lower section (3).
