Abstract

The box (1) for packaging a cosmetic product (7) comprises a lid (2) and a hollow bottom (3) possibly comprising a grille (4). The bottom or grille are provided with a second hinge portion (30), a principal hinge (10), a fastening means (12) and a product applicator (8). The box comprises a tray (5) forming a rigid support for the product. The tray can be changed when necessary. Description

ROTATING MOBILE TRAY HOUSING FOR COSMETICS

  FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of cosmetic product packaging, and typically that of powder casings for facial care.

STATE OF THE ART

  In general, the boxes typically comprise: - a recessed cover generally provided with an interior mirror, - a recessed bottom, typically provided with a grid or intermediate support of at least one cup intended to receive said cosmetic product, typically an agglomerated powder, - a hinge, constituting the connecting member between said cover and said bottom, allowing the rotation of said cover relative to said bottom and the opening of said case, - a means of applying said cosmetic product, - a clasp or any means for locking and unlocking said cover with respect to said bottom, so as to ensure the opening and closing of said case, a clasp being typically with a push button. This clasp, located opposite the hinge of the case, is usually formed by the cooperation of a clasp element of the cover with a clasp element of the bottom or of the grid secured to the bottom, so as to guarantee that the case will remain closed except in the case of intentional opening. There are very many types of case, which can relate to one or more of the components of the case, in particular to the clasp or to the opening of the case.

  Thus, with regard to the patents in the name of the plaintiff, we can cite: - the patent FR 2 661 080 which describes a makeup box with clasp of small dimensions, - the patent FR 2 725 958 which relates to a box with closure contiguous to opening assistance, - patent FR 2 737 192 which describes a housing with pivoting cover provided with a joint with flexible legs, - patent FR 2 755 352 which describes a housing with assisted opening, - patent FR 2,755,353 which describes an unlocking and pre-opening push box, - and patent FR2 794 723 which describes an improved pre-opening box.

PROBLEMS POSED

  On the one hand, in housings according to the state of the art provided with refills, these refills generally comprise means for fixing to the case which may involve an adhesive, the replacement of the refill being not convenient and having risk of soiling.

  On the other hand, refills according to the state of the art often form relatively fragile cups, which can lead to rupture of the typically agglomerated powder contained in the cup. Finally, with the boxes according to the state of the art , the application means, typically a puff, is in contact with the mirror, which most often results in soiling of the mirror.

  The Applicant has therefore sought a means which makes it possible to solve these problems and which is general enough to be applicable to any type of case, and this without having to modify the external appearance of each case in particular.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

  According to the invention, the box, intended for packaging a cosmetic product, typically a makeup powder, comprises a cover provided with a first hinge portion, a hollow bottom optionally comprising a grid integral with said bottom, said bottom or said grid being provided with a second hinge portion, said first and second hinge portions cooperating to form a so-called main hinge ensuring relative rotation of said cover relative to said bottom along an axis of rotation, means for closing said housing, and typically means for applying said product, and is characterized in that: a) said box comprises a plate forming a typically rigid support for said product or for a cup containing said product, said plate cooperating reversibly with said box by being secured to said box typically removable, so that the tray can be changed when necessary ire, and typically after exhaustion of said product, b) in that said plate cooperates with said housing by a hinge called secondary, so that said plate is movable in rotation around typically an axis of rotation called secondary, c) and in that said tray forms with said bottom a lower cavity located in said bottom and under said tray, said housing being closed, said lower cavity typically accommodating said application means and / or another cosmetic product.

  The housing according to the invention, by its combination of means a) to c) above, solves the problems raised.

  Indeed, on the one hand, it allows both a reconfiguration of the interior space of the housing, thanks to its plate provided with said secondary hinge and in a way raised relative to the base of said bottom so as to create said cavity lower, which is advantageous, both to avoid any soiling of the mirror, and to form a clean housing by means of application - typically a puff, which makes the opening of said housing all the more aesthetic.

  On the other hand, said plate being both removable and typically rigid, it forms a part which is both mobile in rotation and capable of being separated from the housing, which therefore lends itself to handling without soiling the hands and without risk of damage. of the agglomerated powder which it contains.

  Said tray can itself form two contiguous bowls and thus contain two separate cosmetic products.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

  FIG. 6a is a partial view in section perpendicular to the secondary axis of rotation (14) of the assembly of the plate provided with a hook acting as a female part (131) cooperating with an axis forming the male part (130 ) of the secondary hinge (13), a spring (19) in the form of a tongue making it possible to hold the two male and female parts together. According to the modality of this figure, said male part and said spring form part of said grid (4), but the spring could just as easily form part of the bottom (3) itself.

  FIG. 6b is a view similar to that of FIG. 6a, but said secondary hinge (13) is formed by the combination of the following means: - on the one hand the plate (5) comprises an external block (52) connected to the plate by a thinned part (51) acting as a hinge, - on the other hand, the housing comprises an axial cavity (33), formed in the present figure by the cooperation of said grid (4) and said bottom (3), cavity in which said block is slid vertically, so that the plate remains secured to the housing during normal rotation of said plate (5) by an angle oc ′ typically less than 90.

  s DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

  According to the invention, said plate (5) can form a container for said product (7), in the manner of a cup (6). This mode has been shown in Figures 1b and 3b.

  It is even possible to compress the cosmetic powder directly into said tray, as illustrated in FIG. 1b. We can also form a separate block of powder and secure it to the tray, as shown in Figure 3b.

  But as illustrated in FIG. 3c, which said plate (5) can form a support for a cup (6) containing said product, said cup (6) being secured to said plate (5), said cup (6) or said plate ( 5) comprising said cup (6) forming said refill.

  As illustrated in FIG. 1b, said bottom (3) may include a grid (4) integral with said bottom (3). This grid can typically be snapped into said bottom, irreversibly.

  According to a first embodiment of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1b, said secondary hinge (13) can ensure said cooperation between said plate (5) and said grid (4) of said housing (1).

  According to a second embodiment of the invention illustrated in FIG. 3b, said secondary hinge (13) can ensure said cooperation between said plate (5) and said bottom (3).

  This cooperation can be done using a rod or a projection attached to the bottom.

  In the housing (1) of FIG. 3b, the cooperation is done by a vertical rod whose end carries the male snap-on part (130), but this cooperation could be done by a rod or horizontal projection as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3b, the plate (5) remaining unchanged.

  According to a third embodiment of the invention illustrated in FIG. 3a, said secondary hinge (13) can ensure said cooperation between said plate (5) and said cover (2).

  Advantageously, said plate (5) can form a molded part, typically rigid.

  Indeed, as said tray alone or said tray and an associated bucket forms the support for said product, and as said tray can form a refill marketed as such, it is important that the tray provides a particularly physical protection of said product from the moment the tray is loaded with said product until the time when said tray is inserted into a box.

  Said tray (5) can form a tray with a depth H typically ranging from 3 to 12 mm. See figure lb. According to a variant of the invention illustrated in FIGS. 3c, 3d, 6a and 6b, said secondary hinge (13) can be formed by reversible assembly or snap-on of male parts (130) and female parts (131) which cooperate, said male parts (130) being integral with said plate (5) or said housing, typically said bottom (3) or said grid (4), possibly by means of intermediate projections (17), and said female parts (131) then being respectively secured to said housing, typically said bottom (3) or said grid (4), or said plate (5), possibly by means of intermediate projections (17).

  In FIGS. 3c and 3d, associated with FIG. 3b, it can be considered that the projection (17) forms at its upper part said male part (130), while the plate forms at its upper and right part said female part (131 ), so that the locking of the plate can be done by a displacement in a plane as shown diagrammatically by the arrows of FIGS. 3c and 3d.

  According to another variant of the invention, said secondary hinge (13) can be formed by the cooperation of typically two male hinge elements (132) with typically two female hinge elements (133), said male hinge elements (132 ) being integral with said plate (5) or with said housing, typically with said bottom (3) or with said grid (4), said female hinge elements (133) then being respectively secured with said housing, typically with said bottom (3) or with said grid (4), or of said plate (5).

  Figures 2b, 2c, 4a to Sc show various embodiments of this variant.

  s Typically, and as shown in these figures, said male (132) and / or female (133) hinge elements can be secured to said plate (5) or said housing by means of flexible rods (15), so as to being able to elastically separate said male hinge elements (132) and / or said female hinge elements (133) along said secondary axis of rotation (14) from said secondary hinge (13), and thus reversibly securing said male hinge elements ( 132) with said female hinge elements (133). The flexible rods (15) may possibly form all or part of the projections (17).

  As illustrated in FIG. 6b, said plate can comprise an external block (52) secured to said plate by a thinned part (51) acting as a hinge, and in which said bottom and / or said grid forms a typically axial cavity (33) able to contain said block (52), so as to temporarily secure said plate (5) in said housing (1).   Another object of the invention is formed by a housing, typically rectangular, but possibly of another shape, in which said bottom comprises two recessed portions typically contiguous, at least one of said recessed portions comprising said plate (5) , said two parts being separable by a transverse partition.
