Abstract

Un procédé d'ajustement du contraste d'une région d'arrière-plan dans un dispositif d'affichage (7, 20, 23) est proposé. Un signal vidéo destiné à une région d'arrière-plan est reçu dans un mode de région d'arrière-plan. Le gain du signal vidéo est ajusté en réponse au signal de commande de région d'arrière-plan (IBLK2) afin d'ajuster ainsi le contraste de la région d'arrière-plan. Le résultat est un dispositif d'affichage de qualité élevée.
