Abstract

Dispositif appelé "repose tête latéral réglable pour enfant", qui permet à un enfant assis dans un réhausseur ou directement sur un siège, spécialement d'automobile, de reposer sa tête sur le côté et de dormir confortablement en évitant tout traumasisme musculaire ou cervial au niveau du cou. L'invention concerne un dispositif adfaptable à tous les sièges équipés d'un repose tête monté avec 2 barres verticales de soutien. Selon le modèle illustré, il est constitué d'un mécanisme (3) de fixation aux barres de l'appuie tête (2), d'une barre coulissante de réglage latéral (4) munie d'un frein (7) et d'un support coudé coulissant dans un orifice situé à l'extrémité de la barre (4) perpendiculairement à cette dernière. Un chariot coulissant le long du support est muni d'une barre perpendiculaire (9) au support qui pénètre dans un tube aménagé dans le repose tête. Le repose tête pivote autour de la barre pour en régler l'inclinaison. Le réglage de hauteur du repose tête est verrouillé par un frein situé sur le chariot.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif appelé repose tête latéral réglable pour enfant qui permet à un enfant utilisant un rehausseur de siège automobile ou à un enfant directement assis sur un siège d'automobile de reposer sa tête sur le côté et de dormir en évitant tout traumatisme musculaire ou cervical au niveau du cou.
Jusqu'ici, les enfants qui s'endorment facilement en voiture, voient leur tête partir exagérément sur le côté ou vers l'avant, ce qui peut poser des problèmes de sommeil voire même des problèmes physiques au niveau du cou.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients en maintenant la tête de l'enfant et en lui procurant un grand confort de sommeil.
Il est conçu pour s'adapter à tous les sièges, et spécialement les sièges passagers d'une automobile, qui comportent des appuie-tête soutenus par des barres verticales.

Il est constitué d'un mécanisme de fixation aux barres L d'appuie tête d'origine du siège, d'un bras et d'un support sur lequel se fixe le repose tête.
Le repose tête est réglable en hauteur pour s'adapter à la taille de l'enfant, et peut être réglable en inclinaison pour garantir son confort.
Le repose tête peut s'installer à gauche ou à droite de la tête suivant les goûts de l'utilisateur.
Il est facilement démontable lorsque l'enfant ne désire pas l'utiliser.

En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte un mécanisme (1} de fixation aux barres d'appuie tête. Ce mécanisme comporte deux parties disposées chacune de chaque côté des barres et reliées par une vis (0-} qui fait pression.
Les deux parties sont caoutchoutées au niveau du contact avec Les barres, pour éviter tout glissement et toute dégradation des barres.
Une des deux parties comporte une partie tubulaire creuse de section carrée (3) dans laquelle coulisse une barre de section inférieure (4) qui permet en coulissant l'ajustage latéral du repose tête.
Cette barre est verrouillée par un frein (5) une fois le réglage latéral effectué.
La barre (4) est percée à chacune de ses extrémités pour recevoir le support coudé de réglage de hauteur (6) du repose tête.
En coulissant perpendiculairement dans la barre (4) le support coudé de section plate (6) s'adapte à la largeur du dossier du siège.

1 Le support (6) est verrouillé une fois ajusté grâce à un frein (7) situé sur la barre (4).
Pour plus de confort le support (6} est recouvert dans sa partie verticale par une gaine capitonnée.
Le support reçoit un chariot (8) qui coulisse le long du support pour ajuster la hauteur de l'appuie-tête en fonction de la taille de l'enfant.
Le chariot est pourvu d'une barre (9), perpendiculaire au support, de section ronde comportant des pans. Le chariot (8) est équipé d'un frein (16) pour le verrouiller lorsque la hauteur du repose tête est adéquate.
La barre perpendiculaire (9) sert de fixation au repose tête (10) qui s'enfile dedans grâce à une partie tubulaire (11) fixée dans la partie dure (12) du repose tête.
La section à pans de la barre (9) permet de verrouiller le repose tête une fois son inclinaison choisie (il pivote sur la barre (9)) grâce à un frein (13) ou un cliquet incorporé à l'appuie tête et accessible par en dessous.
Le repose tête comporte une partie échancrée (14 Ì pour recevoir le cou de l'enfant et une-partie plus haute (15) pour éviter que la tête ne glisse vers l'avant.
Ce dispositif est particulièrement utile en voiture où les enfants fatiguent vite.
Le poids de leur tête en regard de la faiblesse musculaire de leur cou leur occasionne en l'absence de ce système, un somme-il difficile-et traumatisant au niveau du cou.

Ce dispsi-tif ne-t-rave-enri-en : 1utilisation dune ceinture de sécurité.
Ce dispositif peut être utilisé à gauche ou à droite de l'enfant selon son goût de dormeur.
En dévissant le frein (7) on peut ôter le support (6) de la barre (4) et ainsi supprimer le repose tête lorsque l'on ne souhaite pas l'utiliser Selon des variantes non illustrées, les fixations, supports, articulations et systèmes de verrouillage peuvent être remplacés par des systèmes équivalents connus pour permettre de fixer et de régler le repose tête.
De même, selon des variantes non illustrées, les formes du repose tête peuvent être différentes pourvu qu'elles permettent à l'utilisateur de poser sa tête.

Claims (9)

  1. REVENDICATIONS 1) Ensemble repose tête latéral réglable pour enfant permettant à un enfant assis dans le siège d'une automobile, avec ou sans rehausseur, de reposer sa tête sur le côté et de dormir sans traumatisme du cou, dispositif adaptable à tout siège équipé d'un appuie tête soutenue par deux barres verticales, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un mécanisme de fixation utilisant les barres d'appuie tête d'origine du siège, comme points d'ancrage, d'un mécanisme de réglage et de support du repose tête, et du repose tête lui même, l'ensemble étant réglable en hauteur pour s'adapter à la taille de l'enfant, le repose tête pouvant être réglé en inclinaison pour en garantir un confort maximum, le support et l'appuie tête étant démontables.
  2. 2) Ensemble suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un mécanisme de fixation {1} aux barres d'appuie tête (2) dans lequel coulisse une barre de réglage latéral (4) munie d'un orifice à chaque extrémité dans lequel coulisse perpendiculairement à la barre, un support, de section plate udder qui soutient un chariot (S coulissant équipé d'un frein, le chariot possédant une barre perpendiculaire au support {9) qui sert à fixer le repose tête (grace a un tube moulé à lintérieur du repose tête (11), le réglage de l'inclinaison du repose tête étant effectué par son pivotement autour de la barre.
