Abstract

Dispositif appelé « siège bébé automobile à repose tête latéral réglable ». Il permet à un enfant, assis dans ce siège bébé de reposer sa tête sur le côté et de dormir confortablement en évitant les problèmes musculaires du cou et les traumatismes au niveau cervical.Selon le modèle illustré, le dispositif comprend 1 fente ou 1 fente de chaque côté du siège (1) au niveau des épaulements, et un repose tête (2) équipé d'un support (7) dans lequel est placée une vis (3). Cette vis coulisse dans la fente et le système se verrouille grâce à une molette (4) à écrou (15). Le repose tête est réglable en hauteur pour s'adapter à la taille de l'enfant et en horizontalité pour plus de confort. Le reste du siège est de forme classique, et le dispositif n'empêche pas l'emploi de ceintures de sécurité Ce dispositif améliore de façon spectaculaire le confort de sommeil de l'enfant assis.

La présente invention concerne un siège bébé automobile à repose tête latéral réglable.
Jusqu'ici un bébé assis dans un siège auto, a lorsqu'il dort, sa tête qui part exagérément sur le côté ou vers l'avant.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet au bébé de reposer sa tête sur le côté, et de dormir sans traumatisme musculaire ou cervical au niveau du cou.
Il comporte en effet un repose tête, fixé sur l'un ou l'autre côté du siège, par ailleurs de forme classique.
Le repose tête est réglable en hauteur pour s'adapter à la taille de l'enfant, et peut être réglable en inclinaison pour assurer un meilleur confort.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : - La figure 1 représente le siège bébé de équipé sur sa gauche du repose tête, et en coupe profil, le repose tête lui même.
- La figure 2 représente le repose tête de avec, en pointillé, la partie dure centrale ou noyau sur laquelle est fixée une vis.
En référence à ses dessins, le dispositif demande une forme spéciale d'épaulement du siège, par rapport à un siège bébé classique.
En effet, l'un ou les deux épaulements, comporte une fente verticale (1) qui permet de fixer et de faire coulisser le repose tête latéral (2).
Le repose tête (2) possède une partie dure (5) sur laquelle est fixée la partie confort (8).

La partie dure (6) est légèrement concave pour le confort de la tête. Elle possède une partie support (7) sur laquelle est fixée une vis (3) qui rentre et coulisse dans les fentes (1).
Une molette (4) contenant un écrou se visse de l'autre côté de l'épaulement du siège, elle permet de verrouiller la position du repose tête latéral.
On coulisse le repose tête vers le haut ou le bas pour régler la hauteur et on pivote le repose tête pour régler l'horizontalité puis on fixe avec la molette (4).
Pour ôter le repose tête il suffit de dévisser la molette puis d'enlever le repose tête.
La vis étant asymétrique (10), figure 2, par rapport au repose tête, il existe un repose tête gauche et un repose tête droit.
Le repose tête possède une partie échancrée (11) pour le confort du cou, la partie opposée (12) est plus épaisse que la partie échancrée (11).
De même, la partie du repose tête (13) côté extérieur au siège est plus épaisse que la partie du repose tête (14) qui touche le dossier le but étant d'éviter à la tête de glisser vers l'avant pendant le sommeil.
Le dispositif est amovible, par simple démontage de la molette (4), lorsqu'on ne souhaite pas l'utiliser.
Le dispositif améliore de façon spectaculaire le confort de l'enfant, dont la tête part généralement de façon exagérée sur le côté, ou tombe vers l'avant.

Selon des variantes non illustrées, les fentes pratiquées dans les épaulements peuvent être remplacées par des rails, ou d'autres formes de systèmes coulissants.
De même, la fixation à vis et écrou du repose tête peut être remplacé par un autre type de fixation assurant des fonctions similaires.
La forme même du repose tête peut être différente de celle illustrée, pourvu qu'elle permette au bébé de poser sa tête pendant le sommeil.

Claims (7)

  1. REVENDICATIONS l) Siège bébé automobile à repose tête latéral réglable, permettant au bébé de reposer sa tête sur le côté et de dormir sans traumatisme musculaire ou cervical au niveau du cou, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un repose tête, et sur le côté du siège, un système de fixation et de réglage de la hauteur du repose tête pour s'adapter à la taille de l'enfant.
  2. 2) Siège suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé par une fente d'un seul côté (1) ou une fente de chaque côté du siège pratiquée verticalement dans les épaulements du siège et qui servent à fixer le repose tête (2).
  3. 3) Siège suivant les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé par le réglage vertical du repose tête (2) qui coulisse

  4. 4) Siège suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé par une vis (3) fixée dans le noyau du repose tête (7) qui pénètre dans la fente (1) et peut y coulisser.
  5. 5) Siège suivant la revendication 1 et 4 caractérisé par une molette (4) à écrou (15) qui se visse de l'autre côté de l'épaulement du siège sur la vis (3) du repose tête, et verrouille la position en hauteur et en horizontalité du repose tête.
  6. 6) Siège selon la revendication 4 caractérisé par la forme concave du noyau (5) du repose tête, par l'échancrure (11) dans la partie en contact avec le cou, et par l'épaisseur supérieure de la partie du repose tête opposée au dossier du siège (13) à celle de la partie en contact avec le dossier (14), ce qui

    constitue un système anti-glissement de la tête vers l'avant.
  7. 7) Siège suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé par des rails sur les épaulements pour le coulissement du repose tête.
