Abstract

La présente invention concerne une unité empilable (102) pour la cuisson de produit alimentaire, en particulier du jambon, t'unité empilable comportant au moins un moule de cuisson (100), chaque moule de cuisson (100) comprenant au moins un compartiment principal (C1) fermé à ses extrémités par une paroi transversale (112) et destiné à recevoir respectivement une poche de cuisson (P1) contenant le produit alimentaire, ladite ou chaque poche de cuisson (P1) étant réunie à au moins une poche à exsudats (P2) par l'intermédiaire d'une bande de jonction (P3) incorporant au moins un canal de communication. L'unité empilable (102) est remarquable en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une barre d'appui (120) constituée d'une embase (130) sur laquelle est fixée au moins une réglette (140) disposée de telle manière qu'elle puisse servir de support de soudage aux bandes de jonction (P3).
