The present invention relates to a saddle equipped with a vertical adjustment device, in particular for a motorcycle or the like.

Mechanisms for vertical saddle adjustment (in height) are already known for a motorcycle.

For example, in document EP 0 751 062, a bearing mechanism arranged on the chassis of the motorcycle makes it possible to fix the saddle in varied and predefined vertical positions.

Such a vertical adjustment device external to the saddle requires significant modifications to the saddle and the chassis of the motorcycle, which makes its implementation expensive and complex. In addition, the height adjustment is not continuous but in stages, which prevents a fine adjustment perfectly suited to the driver's expectations.

The object of the invention is in particular to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks.

It aims in particular to provide an internal adjustment device for vertically adjusting the saddle of a motorcycle without causing significant modifications to the chassis of the motorcycle and the saddle and easily mountable / dismountable on the chassis of a motorcycle.

In order to adjust the position of the flat seat of the saddle as well as the position of the backrest 6, the user maneuvers the maneuverable member 52 so as to release the rack mechanism from the support exerted by the pusher element 50.

This maneuver allows the pivoting mechanism to pivot in the direction 82 which releases the rod 80 from the notches on the crenellated sides of the slides. The springs 72 exert a restoring force on the rod 80 which then moves towards the upper end of the rack mechanism 71.

The user can then choose the position of the flat seat of the saddle by pressing the seat down. This action causes the rod 80 to slide towards the lower ends of the slides 73 and 74. In order to fix the flat seat of the saddle in the chosen position, the user operates the maneuverable member 52 so that the push element 50 presses on the rack mechanism 71 until the rod 80 is housed in one of the notches on the crenellated sides of the slides 73 and 74. The rack mechanism is then fixed in rotation in the direction 82 by the pusher element 50 and in the direction 81 by the rod 80, as described above.

Referring to Figures 7 and 8, the invention also relates to a device for fixing an object 12, such as a bag or even luggage.
