Abstract

  The present invention relates to a barbecue

  A problem which one meets in these known types of barbecues consists in the difficulty of lighting the charcoal, even if one uses for that the traditional ones

  To overcome this drawback, a barbecue has been developed which includes a brazier with a bottom provided with an opening in correspondence with which is disposed a

  The support comprises a pair of parallel plates spaced from one another, at least one of them being pierced and having dimensions complementary to those of the opening of the brazier, while the other has dimensions smaller. This type of brazier is not free of drawbacks, among which the necessity of necessarily having the support for the fire starter plates, during the lighting, in its place in height through the

brazier.

  However, after having placed the support with the pads, and then the charcoal, if, for any reason, the latter does not ignite (for example if the charcoal is wet), it is necessary to remove the coal, then the support, which has a

obvious inconvenience.

  In addition, it is also not possible to stir the

  The main object of the present invention is therefore to eliminate the drawbacks indicated above of the known type of barbecue with removable support for

  According to the invention, below the mesh bottom 11 is disposed an extractable box 14, usually connected to the

tubular support 12.

  The box 14, made of shaped metal sheet, can be inserted inside the support 12, via a corresponding opening 15, and is supported from below by means of a guide 16 in U shape, also made of shaped metal sheet , fixed with screws 23 or welded to the walls of the support 12 immediately below the opening 15 by means of an appendage 24, orthogonal to
