Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a container for at least one cosmetic product,

  perfumery or the like, possibly in a package such as a jar or bottle. It also relates to a method of manufacturing such a container. The invention also relates to a packaging assembly comprising a

such container.

  Finally, the invention relates to a method of constituting or "machining" of a

such a packaging unit.

  In the field of packaging, let us cite the document EP-A-673 853 which describes a safety device intended to be fixed on objects, such as video cassettes, computer disks, books, cosmetic products, bottles. This device comprises a strip of magnetic material placed on a support layer, as well as a layer certifying the authenticity of the product, and

  supporting for example a hologram.

  This device does not physically protect the objects on which it is fixed, for example during handling during transport or sale. In addition, such a device does not have easy opening means allowing quick and easy access to the objects on which it is fixed. Document EP-A-619 243 relates to an anti-theft device for a container, such as in particular bottles, provided with a stopper or overcap means.

  Such a device does not ensure the inviolability of these containers.

  Document EP-A-134 404 describes an anti-theft means, essentially for magnetic cassettes or packages containing such cassettes, and relates in particular to a device for activating or deactivating this anti-theft means. This document does not provide for the monitoring of these cassettes and packaging,

  especially along their distribution chain.

  Document FR-A-2 688 483 describes a one-piece case comprising irreversible snap-fastening members, such that it is not possible to open a

  case contained in the case, without altering the case.

  An anti-theft label is placed in, or stuck on, the housing.

  The case is made of transparent rigid synthetic material and is intended to receive a case containing for example an audio cassette, a disc

compact or a video disc.

  This case does not make it possible to ensure in full safety its own follow-up called traceability. In addition, the production of so-called "fancy" shapes such as sharp edges, for example in a star shape is in practice difficult or even impossible using

  conventional overwrapping processes such as overcasting or cartoning.

  The invention therefore aims to overcome the drawbacks mentioned above, among others. An object of the invention is in particular to limit the risks of counterfeiting of a packaging assembly and / or of a container and / or of a product,

often in packaging.

  Another object of the invention is to discourage abusive use of the content by ensuring the inviolability of its packaging as long as the latter

is not destroyed.

  The invention also aims to allow the reading of at least one element of identification or information such as bar code, list of ingredients,

  volume, commercial, technical or similar indications.

  It also aims to offer potential buyers a set of packaging in a fancy shape, for example in a warhead, at no additional cost. To this end, a first object of the invention is a tamper-proof container for at least one cosmetic or perfumery product, made of rigid synthetic material.
