Combined control device for evacuating ventilation air and combustion products from gas appliances (5), in particular collective apartment buildings comprising ventilation ducts (1,2) each grouping the smoke and flue gas (4) and ventilation air (6,7) exhaust ducts from at least some parts of the accommodation, said ventilation ducts (1, 2) being connected to a mechanical extraction device (11), characterized in that it comprises means (8) for bringing to the atmosphere at least the flue gas and raw gas exhaust pipes (4) of the ventilation pipes (1,2), capable of two stable states, one of opening, the other of total closure, means (15,17,18) for controlling said means (8) for venting in the closed and open positions , respectively when the mechanical extraction device (11) is put into service or out of service and means (20,22) sensitive to the pre ssion prevailing in the circuit of the mechanical extraction device (11) capable of generating, when said pressure falls below a predetermined, adjustable threshold, a signal putting said means (15,17,18) to vent in said open state. REVENDICATIONS 2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mise à l'atmosphère des conduits de ventilation (1,2) sont constitués, pour chaque conduit, d'un caisson (8) chapeautant le conduit, divisé en deux compartiments, I'un (8a) affecté au conduit d'évacuation des fumées et gaz brutes (4) et, I'autre (8b) affecté aux conduits d'aération (6,7) les deux compartiments (8a, 8b) étant reliés audit dispositif d'extraction mécanique (11), cependant que ledit compartiment affecté aux fumées et gaz brûlés (8a) est muni d'un organe d'obturation (13) à deux positions, d'ouverture et de fermeture. 2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe d'obturation est avantageusement constitué par une grille (13) à lames (14') orientables actionnées par un moyen (15) relié auxdits moyens de commande (17,18) et auxdits moyens (20,22) générant le signal de mise à l'atmosphère. 3.
