A safety system according to claim 3 or claim 4, characterized by the fact that said turbine is mounted at the bottom end of a vertical outlet shaft (30) of an electric motor (3) housed inside a suction chamber (50) in which the air flow travels downwards, the system being characterized by the fact that the air tapping point (7) which is connected to the suction intake (90) of the pressostat (9) is placed in said chamber (50).
  6. A safety system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, associated with a duct (1) which exhausts flue gases coming from at least one boiler, the system being characterized by the fact that the pressostat (9) is adapted to cause the boiler to be turned off.
