Abstract

The invention concerns a writing implement with a longitudinal control device for displaying two consecutive decorative elements or messages, characterised in that it comprises two separate walls designed to be marked: the external surface (the pen body) and the internal surface (the drive element). The drawings show, by way of example, two imaginary decorative elements on the two walls, completing each other by juxtaposition in the drive retracted position and its projecting position (Fig. 8, Fig. 9), thereby forming two separate messages (Fig. 10, Fig. 11). The invention aims at providing the message with an additional dimension of surprise and amusement when the pen is being used.

DESCRIPTION

  The present invention relates to a writing instrument of the retractable pen type with a writing device with a lead, ball,

felt or pen.

  The invention relates to a device for longitudinal maneuver, using the principle of the retractable system, intended to advance and retract the writing tip for

  The operating device according to the invention uses a longitudinal back-and-forth movement, carried out along a guide rail and which perfectly supports the uses

  of the writing instrument. The convenience of maneuvering

  vre during operation is increased by its simplicity and

its traditional logic.

  The guide rail device also provides reinforcement over the entire length and makes it possible to considerably reduce the thickness of the transparent wall of the pen body, in order to optimize the visibility of the display at

  the interior on the wall of the drive element. This arma-

  ture, like a frame, is also a guarantee against a

  possible deformation, caused by force during use.

  Furthermore, the thickness of the wall of the driving element

  facilitates sliding and strengthens endurance of movements

repeated repeats.

  The illustration of the change of display takes as an example an imaginary decoration, represented by two figures: the circle and the triangle. This decoration is printed on the driving element by alternating the round and the triangle.   The aim of this invention is to propose a writing instrument different from the already known embodiments thanks to a second possible display. A dialogue between two messages

  or two decors opens the way to many uses.

  Among the most usual applications we can note the advertising message, the message of social interest, the advertisement

  sporting or commemorative events or tourist memories

  tick. As shown (FIG 1 A, B, C), the writing instrument has the advantage of being made up of only three main elements and can be produced mechanically at low cost. In addition, the instrument can be assembled simply and quickly. Especially,
