Abstract

The device consists of locker (17) movable within cavities (32,18) of handgrip (4) and of socket part (7) of cylindrical hollow component (6), which internally accommodates upper end (8) of push-chair tubular frame (3). The locker includes projections (23) biased by spring (16) into engagement with projections (21) of socket part and handgrip to maintain locked position, releasable by depression of pushbutton (36) for rotational adjustment.
