  1. Device for displaying a range of objects, comprising:
    - a display stand (2) comprising a panel (14) having a front face (3) designed to accommodate a range of objects to be displayed and an opposing rear face (4), and having a bottom end (6a),
    - at least one supporting leg (12) articulatingly connected to the rear face of the display stand by connecting means (13), and
    - locking means designed to lock the supporting leg relative to the display stand in a first inclined position,
    the device being designed to stand on a support surface in a stable manner in the first inclined position solely by means of the simultaneous support of the supporting leg (12) and bottom end (6a) of said display stand,
    characterised in that the locking means are designed to lock the supporting leg relative to the display stand in at least a second inclined position different from the first inclined position, the device being designed to stand on a support surface in a stable manner in the second inclined position solely by means of the simultaneous support of the supporting leg (12) and bottom end (6a) of said display stand,
    and in that said supporting leg (12) is disposed so as to be located entirely underneath the display stand (2) between the first and second inclined positions,
    and in that the locking means comprise a part (16, 30) of the rear face of the display stand and a part (17) of the supporting leg (12) co-operating by friction,
    and in that the supporting leg (12) and display stand (2) are articulatingly connected by means of a pivot link (17) connected to the supporting leg (12) and by means of a part (16) of the rear face (4) of the display stand (2) relative to which the pivot link (17) is designed to pivot, the pivot link (17) being integrated in the thickness (w6) of the panel (14).
  2. Device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in the first inclined position, the supporting leg (12) and said rear face of the display stand (2) are disposed at an angle α, which angle α may vary from 0 to 180°.
  3. Device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the angle α varies from 30 to 120°.
  4. Device as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the supporting leg (12) is designed so as to be retractable in the rear face (6) of the display stand.
  5. Device as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the supporting leg (12) comprises a substantially flat board, the width of which is at most equal to the width of the display stand (2).
  6. Device as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the pivot link (17) comprises a plurality of housings (26), and wherein the locking means comprise:
    - at least one pin (15) connected so as to rotate with the supporting leg (12) and designed to slide relative to the pivot link between a locked position and an unlocked position, and
    - at least one tooth (28) integral with the pin and designed to selectively co-operate with a housing in the locked position and to be moved out of said housing in the unlocked position.
  7. Device as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the panel (14) has reliefs (11), the device comprising at least one sample holder (10) having reliefs (10a) complementing the panel reliefs (11) co-operating with the latter (11) by an interlocking fit.
  8. Device as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least one sample holder (10) detachably affixed to the panel (14) by magnetic means.
  9. Device as claimed in claim 7 or claim 8, wherein at least one sample holder (10) is of a right-angled parallelepiped shape of width a and length b, b being a whole multiple of a, and wherein the panel (14) has a rectangular front face of width W and length H, W being a whole multiple of b and H being a whole multiple of a.
  10. Device as claimed in claim 9, wherein at least one sample holder (10) has a length b substantially equal to twice the width a.
  11. Device as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 10, wherein the supporting leg is articulatingly connected to the rear face of the display stand at a median point of said rear face, and wherein
    - the top part of the display stand extending from said median part to said top end (6b).
    - the bottom part of the display stand extending from said median part to said bottom end (6a) and
    - the supporting leg (12)
    are of substantially equal lengths.
