Abstract

The invention relates to the technical sector of portable backpacks by users, of the backpack, satchel, briefcase and similar type. it is well known to design backpacks, satchels, with straps forming suspenders which make it possible to position the corresponding article on the back of a user, making the hands of the latter free. To ensure satisfactory comfort and not to harm the spine of people, it is common to use on the back side of the padded areas in textile lining or foam or similar material, which improve wearing comfort.

When loaded, the bags or briefcases can in many cases be heavy and the swings in the back are a source of discomfort, discomfort and sometimes can cause inflammation in certain places on the back of the user. This is the reason why all the manufacturers put a filling pad of the aforementioned type to improve wearing comfort and avoid discomfort and injuries. These filling fittings are arranged inside the bag or satchel or towel. it may also happen that during the production of bags, satchels and briefcases, by a molding technique on the rear face, a flexible zone can be produced which absorbs the various shocks.

The various backpacks for all uses and applications, as well as the backpacks and briefcases, are essentially arranged for carrying although it may happen that users have a need for relaxation at rest by sitting on the ground or on supports. The seat on the ground is then messy for clothes, pants, not to mention the risk of humidity by capillarity given by the ground which can lead to colds, flu or other diseases of the same kind. This is the reason why very often people put on the ground clothes, anoraks or other textile pieces or other independent means of any material, which can constitute an interface with the part on the ground.

Faced with these findings, the applicant's approach was to research and design a new arrangement of portable backpack luggage items with straps that can simultaneously meet the need for comfort in the port, and can be used for the protection of people in the event of '' sitting on the ground or on a support surface, stone or other.

Another object sought after according to the invention was to design a luggage item of the backpack, satchel, briefcase or similar type which is of low manufacturing cost and which allows on the one hand a simple and rapid use of a means ensuring comfort on the back when wearing the article, and on the other hand allowing the seat by the user.

According to a first characteristic of the invention, the luggage item arranged in a known manner with holding straps for carrying on the back of the backpack, satchel, briefcase and the like type is arranged on its back side and by the exterior with a retaining means secured and fixed to certain parts of the back face of the luggage item by defining one or more profiled notches allowing the insertion of added means capable of simultaneously constituting a lining plate improving comfort of the luggage item during its wearing, and constituting a seat after removal and removal with respect to the protection means.

These characteristics and others will emerge from the following description.

In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described in a nonlimiting manner illustrated in the figures of the drawings.

The luggage item intended to be carried on the back is of the backpack, satchel or briefcase type comprising straps forming suspenders allowing the wear by the user.

The luggage item is as a whole referenced by (1) while the straps are referenced by (2).

According to the invention, the rear face (the) called back is arranged from the outside with a retaining means (3) attached and fixed to some of the parts of the back face of said article by sewing (lb) or other means assembly by revealing one or more zones (4) allowing the insertion, positioning and / or removal of a means (5) of lining and comfort which can also be used as a seat. This means (5) is made of all materials such as foam or the like, itself being possibly covered with a pocket (Sa) if necessary. This means (5) is conformed to the shapes of the rear face (la) of the luggage item or substantially in a smaller dimension and volume. This means is in a flat form of a certain thickness to ensure comfort in the carrying of said portable luggage item on the back by the user.

The retaining means (3) is, for example, a net made of a textile or other material, having a smooth or ventilated structure suitable for cases of perspiration. The connection is made by a seam (lb) established on the upper upper part (lc) and the lower lower part (nest) of the luggage item so as, for example, to leave at least one opening (le) lateral passage to allow positioning and insertion of the above-mentioned means (5).

Advantageously, as shown in FIG. 1 of the drawings, the protective net (3) is shaped in a diabolo shape (3a) allowing the retention of the means (5) by partially surrounding the external periphery (Sa) thereof and contributing by elasticity to its retention. The thread (3) thus defines laterally with the rear part (la) openings of curvilinear configuration, wide, the dimension and length of which are capable of allowing the threading of said lining means (5) and of the seat and its overturning. comfort use position on the back.

In practice, said lining means is introduced while being in a longitudinal axial plane in order to be then pivoted and come to center and position on the rear bottom face of the luggage item while being held by the protective net.

In case of temporary rest of the user, said means (5) can be removed and used as a simple seat on the ground to protect the user from the immediate environment of the soil and in particular from humidity, and without risk of deterioration or soiled clothing.

Referring to Figure 5, the means (5) is positioned on the rear side and on the outside of a briefcase or satchel in a similar configuration using the protective net established with one or two openings for passage of introduction with a view to positioning the means and maintaining it.

The configuration of said means is designed to be ergonomic and respond specifically to the need for protection of the user's back while ensuring the seating function. Consequently, the thickness and the nature of this material are chosen and determined with regard to these constraints.

The advantages of this invention are obvious. The luggage item is not significantly changed in its structure and design. The covering and protective net is attached from the outside and the means (5) is threaded from the outside. Consequently, whether the bag is filled or not, there is no difficulty in removing the means (5) to use it as a seat. The invention applies to all types of backpacks, bags intended to be carried, school bags, briefcases. Incidentally, the means (5) may have a complementary decorative aspect contributing to give an original physiognomy of the bag by its rear view.
