Abstract

Tool used to color hair, or bristles, by styling it. Without coloring the skin. The tool being a brush, or a comb, having the particularity of being itself the support of coloring products. Its action produces its effects by simply passing the tool through the hair. The range of colors can go to infinity. The body, in plastic or wood (1), is covered with different materials, balsa, foam, flocking, felt (3) (4). These materials are impregnated, or coated, with coloring matter based on natural or synthetic pigments. The parts (3) (4) can also be directly made up of the solidified coloring matter. The pigments can be oxidizing pigments, requiring the passage of a lotion, cream, or mousse with oxidizing power in order to ensure the setting of the color. The color distribution system includes different design techniques. This tool is intended for both men and women. It is designed to camouflage white hair, revive color, or dye hair more deeply through its light oxidation process.

Description

-1- The present invention relates to a tool for coloring the

hair, or hairs, by

  styling, without coloring the skin. The tool is a brush, or a comb, having the originality of being itself

  even the support of coloring products. It is provided with a specific and modular coloring device. One of its peculiarities is to be able to spread the coloring product on the hair without coloring the skin of the scalp. Its action produces its effects by simply passing the tool

  in the hair, or the hair. The range of colors can go to infinity.

  Usually, the coloring processes are carried out by direct application, to the hair and scalp, of a liquid, gelatinous or cream product. These processes require a delicate implementation, and a certain technicality, in order to avoid mottling on the hair.

  pigments, for the structure constituting the coloring device (3) and its diffusers (4).

  The dyes can be of different types, they will be natural pigments extracted from

  plants, or synthetic, and, or with oxidizing power, these are known and hypoallergenic.

  Its active part, or coloring device (3) (4), will be composed either, directly of solidified coloring paste and molded in the shape of a brush, or by impregnation of the spongy support (3), and of its cylinders (4) or by pressure diffusers (4), fig. 4. All these materials

  can be used in the composition of the brush, either individually or in combination.

  This invention has two purposes, either to obtain a makeup for white hair, or to revive a fancy coloring, here called process N 1, or to obtain a more tenacious coloring in

  two-stroke, process N 2. Discreetly, at home.

  The novelty of this invention results from the marriage of a usual tool, the brush, or the

  comb, for which all the variants of forms are possible, and of an incorporated dye.

  -2- - The process N 1: take for example Balsa in (3) and (4), which is a porous wood, it can be soaked hot with the coloring product. This material will restore the appropriate coloring matter as described above, by simple rubbing, passing the brush, or the

comb, in the hair.

  This material being fragile, it will have to be stuck on the rigid support (1), which will be plastic or hard wood ending in a thicker handle (2). The diffusers (4) may be of different shapes, worked in the mass, molded, or implanted, their length will be variable,

between 0.2 and 2.5 cm. (4).

  This device consists of a cylinder, of variable shapes, straight, conical, ovoid or

  comprising flats (4), of various materials, having a liquid retention capacity.

  The height of the cylinder will vary between 0.2 and 2.5 cm, its diameter between 0.1 and 0.8 cm. His

  center will be drilled by a hole (6) proportional to its diameter, between 0.05 and 0.2 cm.

This pressure will be obtained by a pear (13) incorporated in the hollow handle of the brush (2). This pear (13) will be operated either by fingertips through access holes (14) in the handle (2), or by an articulated lever (15) (16) allowing to exert pressure on the pear, or by direct pressure on the pear which will be left visible, in

  leaving a large opening (1 7) in the hollow handle (2).

  The operation of this pear will be traditional, it will have two anti-valves

  return, one for the air (18), the other for the coloring product (19).
