Abstract

There is a tongue (5b) on the upper vertical edge of each panel which extends downwards parallel to the panel edge. The tongue, together with that of an adjacent panel, is inserted into the upper open end of a flat hollow bar (6) which fits between the two panels. Each tongue forms part of an L-shaped bracket which has its upper section (5a) fixed to the top edge of the panel. The upper part (5c) of the tongue meets the upper section of the bracket at an angle of less than 90 degrees, while its lower part (95d) lies parallel to the panel vertical edge. The tongue width is slightly smaller than its length and the hollow bar between panels is of rectangular cross-section and the same height as the panels, which can be either solid or of expanded metal.
