Abstract

The tub is to receive plants (2) packaged in troughs (3). The tub has a sealed flat base (4) and four lateral walls (5). The tub has a water reservoir above its base and at least one drain opening for overflow. The drain opening has a hole (11) with a pipe (10) extending upwardly from the base of the tub. The pipe is positioned outwardly of the surface of the base and covered by the bottoms (14) of the troughs. The base can have an upper face with crossed ribs.

Ces bacs, communément appelés clayettes, sont utilisés pour le transport de plantes horticoles et leur présentation à la vente. 1. Tray intended to receive horticultural plants (2) packaged in trays (3), of the type comprising a full sealed bottom (4) and four side walls (5), characterized in that said tray (1) comprises at -above its bottom (4) a water reserve and at least one drainage orifice (11) of possible overflow.

2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the discharge orifice is constituted by the hole (11) of a chimney (10) extending upwards from the bottom (4) of the container, this chimney being positioned outside the bottom surfaces (4), covered by the bottoms (14) of the trays (3).

3. Tray according to claim 2, characterized in that the chimney (10) is provided in the center of the bottom (4).

4. Tray according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the bottom (4) has on its upper face (12) crossed ribs.
