Abstract

A garment, in particular a sports garment, comprising an envelope (2) containing a lining, said envelope (2) comprising two parts (4, 5) connected at least at their ends by a seam or any other means of assembly, a first part (4) being outside and the second part (5) in contact with the user. The lining (3) is provided with its natural color which at least partially confers coloring at least on the outer part of the garment (1), this part (4) of the envelope (2), constituting the outer part, being at less partially transparent.

Description

CLOTHING, ESPECIALLY SPORTS CLOTHING,

  WHOSE COLOR IS ESSENTIALLY DUE TO

TRIM COLOR.

  The present invention relates to a garment, in particular a sports garment, according to the

  preamble to the independent claim.

  It is known that a garment, in particular a sports garment such as a windbreaker, a sports jacket with or without sleeves, pants, gloves or the like, generally comprises an envelope containing a lining. This envelope has at least two parts connected at their ends by a seam or the like. A first part defines the outer part or the top of the garment,

  the other party being in contact with the user.

  The outer part is generally waterproof.

  One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a garment capable of being produced in several colors in a very simple and very economical manner. A second object of the invention is to manufacture at low cost a garment capable of presenting several colors distributed equally

over its entire surface.

  These objectives, and others which will be apparent to those skilled in the art, are

  affected by a garment according to the invention.

  According to a first characteristic of the invention, the garment of the type comprising a -2- envelope containing a lining, said envelope comprising two parts connected at least at their ends by a seam or any other means of assembly, a first part being at the outside and the second part in contact with the user, is characterized in that the lining is provided with its natural color which gives at least partially a coloring at least to the external part of the garment, this part of the envelope constituting the outer part, being at least

partially transparent.

  Said figures show a garment having the form of a padded sleeveless jacket 1 provided with a zipper 10. The jacket comprises an envelope 2 containing an internal lining 3 (natural, of the goose down type, or synthetic). This envelope is defined by a first part 4 located outside the jacket 1 and by a second inner part 5. These two parts are connected at their ends in a manner known per se (for example a seam, etc.) and may also have visible seams on other parts of the

clothing.

  -3- The first part 4 is transparent and preferably waterproof. It can be, for example, a known plastic gauze, bleached, undyed and without impurity, such as a polyester / nylonTM mixture. A transparent rubber film is applied to this gauze according to known methods, so as to make it waterproof. The second part 5, in direct contact with the user, is preferably based on components

natural (eg cotton).

  According to the invention, the lining 3 is provided with its natural color. As part 4 of the garment is transparent, the color of the trim gives the garment itself a color. Consequently, similar garments produced with identical envelopes 2 may have different colors depending on the color of their trim. This makes it possible to considerably standardize the production processes of such garments, thereby reducing their production cost, and to very easily differentiate from marketed garments. The present invention is also advantageous from a commercial point of view insofar as it makes it possible to adapt to the constantly different requirements of consumers, such changes being very frequent in the world of fashion. Advantageously, it is possible to assemble part 4 or part 5 of the envelope 2 to a layer of fabric or plastic of the same color as the trim 3 to reinforce the color of the

clothing.

  The present invention makes it possible to obtain an aesthetic effect which depends on the characteristics of the lining. This could also be of several colors so as to give the garment a particular aesthetic appearance which it would be difficult to obtain at an acceptable cost with clothing.

  1. Garment, in particular sports clothing, comprising an envelope (2) containing a lining (3), said envelope (2) comprising two parts (4,) connected at least at their ends by a seam or any other means of assembly, a first part (4) being outside and the second part (5) in contact with the user, characterized in that the lining (3) is provided with its natural color which at least partially gives coloring to the less to the outer part of the garment (1), this part (4) of the envelope (2), constituting the outer part,   being at least partially transparent.   2. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the lining is of the type   natural, for example, goose down or the like.   3. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the lining is of synthetic type. 4. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the first outer part   (4) of the envelope (2) is waterproof.   5. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the lining (3) comprises parts of different colors.
