Abstract

Garment, in particular sportswear, comprising an envelope (2) which contains padding (3), said envelope (2) comprising two parts (4,5) assembled at least at their ends by sewing or other means of assembly, a first part (4) being external and a second part (5) being in contact with the user. The quilting (3) has its own color, which gives at least a partial coloring to at least the outer part of the garment (1), the part (4) of the envelope (2) defining this outer part being at least partially transparent.

The invention relates to a garment, in particular a sports garment, according to the preamble of the independent claim.



   It is known that a garment, in particular a sports garment such as a windbreaker, a sports jacket with or without sleeves, pants, gloves or the like, usually comprises an envelope which contains padding.



  The envelope has at least two parts connected at their ends by sewing or the like. A first of these parts defines an outer part or face of the garment, the other part being in contact with the user. The outer part is usually waterproof.



   An object of the present invention is to provide a garment formed of different colors in a very simple manner and at a very low production cost.



   Another object is to provide a garment which can have several colors arranged in any way, the whole garment can be obtained at a low production cost.



   These and other objects, which will be obvious to those skilled in the art, are obtained with a garment according to the appended claims.



   The invention will appear better from the appended drawing, which is provided by way of nonlimiting example, and in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a garment according to the invention; and

   Said figures show a garment which has the shape of a sleeveless quilted jacket 1 provided with a zipper 10. The jacket has an envelope 2 which contains inside a quilting 3 (of natural type, such as down) goose, or synthetic type). The envelope is defined by a first part 4 located outside the jacket 1, and by a second interior part 5. These parts are connected together at their ends, in a known manner (for example by sewing, etc.), and can also be surface stitched to other parts of the garment.



   The first part 4 is preferably waterproof and is transparent. For example, it may be a known gauze, untinted, free of impurities and bleached, made of plastic material such as polyester bound to nylon. A transparent rubber coating is applied to this gauze by known methods, thereby making it waterproof.



   The second part 5 is preferably based on natural components (such as cotton), because it is in direct contact with the user.



   According to the invention, the quilting 3 has its own color. As part 4 of the garment is transparent, the coloring of the quilting gives color to the garment itself. Consequently, similar garments, formed with identical envelopes 2, can have different colors which depend on the color of their quilting. This allows considerable standardization of the production processes for these garments, reduces their production cost and makes it very easy to differentiate between garments placed on the market. The invention is also advantageous from the commercial point of view, by the fact that it makes it possible to adapt to changes in buyers' requests, these changes occurring very frequently in the fashion world.

   Advantageously, to make the color of the garment more apparent, one of the parts 4 or 5 of the envelope 2 can be joined to a layer (of fabric or plastic) of the same color as the quilting 3.



   The invention allows an aesthetic effect which depends on the characteristics of the padding. This quilting could also be of several colors, so as to give the garment a particular aesthetic effect which it would be difficult to obtain at a reasonable cost with similar known garments.



   An embodiment of the invention has been described.

Claims 1. Garment, in particular sportswear, comprising an envelope (2) which contains padding (3), said envelope (2) comprising two parts (4,5) assembled at least at their ends by sewing or other means assembly, a first part (4) being external and a second part (5) being in contact with the user, characterized in that the padding (3) is provided with its own color, which gives at least a partial coloring at least the outer part of the garment (1), the part (4) of the envelope (2) defining this outer part being at least partially transparent.  2. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the quilting and natural type, such as goose down or the like.  3. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the padding is of synthetic type.  4. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the first outer part (4) of the envelope (2) is waterproof.  5. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the padding (3) has different colors in its different parts.
