Description

The invention relates to a device for automatically locking a moving part and in particular a movable panel used for the evacuation of fumes.

This panel or mobile hatch must be open at 1350 by a pneumatic control:
* Compressed air network,
* Pneumatic safety supply,
* Limited use pneumatic supply,
* Single-use pneumatic supply,
* or option of pneumatic thermal tripping safety.

Its manual opening must remain possible. This panel must be locked in the open position and in the closed position.

Devices are known by pneumatic control using large cylinders or mechanical triangulation raising the cylinder to allow the opening angle.

These devices are integral with an inseparable metal curb, including on existing concrete laying.

The object of the invention is to create a tilting device for raising the jack. Solidarity of the fixed frame, the device allows the installation of this mobile panel in a steel or concrete hopper of minimum height 300 mm existing.

The locks in the open and closed positions are mechanically controlled by the jack.

The invention therefore relates to the mechanism of a locked door in the open and closed position, which can be placed on steel or concrete hopper.

The rocker (s) is (are) articulated (s) on the lower rails and is (are) integral with the foot of pneumatic cylinder.

An oleo-pneumatic cylinder maintains the position of the rocker in both positions and a spring return latch secured to a cable actuated by the cylinder nose, locks the rocker in the open position.

The device represented in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises:

The opening frame (1) comprises hinges not shown and the crossbar (2) fixed in the thickness of the frame.

The crossmember (2) comprises two plates fixed on its sidewalls making it possible in a machining operation to fix the nose of the jack with the aid of an axle (12). The machining of the plates allows a translational movement of the axis (12).

The pin traps the cylinder nose and the not shown linkage control of the latch bolt (11), it is controlled by the translation of the axis (12).

In the closed position, the axis (12) is pulled away from the hinges by the cylinder nose, forcing the bolt (11) to lock without the square (10).

The rocker (6) pushed by the cylinder (8) is supported on the lower rails (5) and is held in this position by the oleo-pneumatic cylinder (9).

The lock cable (13) is expanded and the latch (7) held in the open position by the spring (not shown).

OPENING MANEUVER: => The gas pressure controlling the cylinder (8), moves the shaft (12) driving the linkage of the bolt (11) which unlocks the bracket (10); the moving frame opens.

 => When it has reached an opening of 90, the weight of the opening becomes motor and drives the cylinder (8) secured to the rocker (6) braked by the oleo-pneumatic cylinder (9).

 => The frame opening in its movement tends the cable (13) actuating the latch of the rocker (7), prevents it to lock before the passage of the rocker by means of a spring (not shown) secured to the cable and latch ramp.

 => I1 locks as soon as the rocker (7) bears on the lower rails (5).

The pneumatic cylinder (8) has a mechanical locking rod output, preventing the closing of the opening.

MANEUVER FOR CLOSURE:
The gas pressure controlling the cylinder (8) unlocks the cylinder. This causes the opening frame (1) to close and relaxes the cable (13), releasing the latch (7) of the rocker (6).

When the opening frame arrived at an opening of 90 ", the weight of the opening becomes motor, driving the cylinder (8) integral with the rocker (6) braked by the oleo-pneumatic cylinder (9).

The oleopneumatic cylinder (9) maintains the rocker resting on the sleepers until complete closure of the opening frame (1) on the sand plate (3). The stroke of the jack (8) allows the translation of the axis (12) integral with the linkage of the bolt (il) which is locked under the bracket (10).

Figure 3 shows that the operation of the invention is not limited to a cylinder stroke and an angular value. The invention is not limiting in the opening mode of a hatch, only the adaptation of a stroke of a jack and a rocker value is necessary.

The device according to the invention is intended for the renovation or compliance of buildings subject to fire safety regulations.

    Holding device in the open or closed position of a trapdoor or movable panel, adaptable to an existing steel or concrete hopper of at least 300 mm high, characterized by remote control of the device by compressed gas and locking means mechanical.
