L'invention concerne une assise de siège pour véhicule automobile. En cas de choc d'un véhicule, il est connu que le corps d'un occupant sanglé sur son siège se déplace relativement à la ceinture, en particulier par un glissement de son bassin le long de l'assise, sous la partie ventrale de ladite ceinture. Pour remédier à cet inconvénient, il a été proposé de modifier la structure de l'armature de l'assise par adjonction d'une traverse située à proximité de la partie antérieure de ladite armature, traverse appelée ci-après barre d'antisoumarinage. Par sa forme élaborée, la barre d'antisoumarinage limite les déplacements exagérés vers l'avant, du bassin de l'occupant du siège et, par voie de conséquence, préserve ledit occupant des lésions abdominales. Cependant, la proéminence créée par la barre d'antisoumarinage à la surface du siège nuit au confort de l'utilisateur et ne permet pas un positionnement optimal de ladite barre. C'est pour remédier à cet inconvénient qu'il a été proposé des systèmes de déploiement de la barre d'antisoumarinage actionnés par exemple par le déclencheur pyrotechnique du prétensionneur de ceinture. Un exemple d'un tel système est décrit dans la publication DE3631881. Néanmoins, de tels systèmes ne permettent pas de contrôler efficacement la pression résultant, au niveau des fesses de l'occupant, lorsque le bassin de ce dernier vient s'écraser, en cas de choc violent, sur la barre d'antisoumarinage, ce qui peut provoquer des lésions.To remedy this drawback, it has been proposed to modify the structure of the frame of the seat by adding a cross member located near the front part of said frame, a cross member called hereinafter anti-submarining bar. La barre d'antisoumarinage 7 est montée sur chacune des biellettes 8a,8b par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif permettant d'obtenir un effacement de ladite barre d'antisoumarinage 7 sous un effort donné. Selon une variante particulière de l'invention, la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 est montée avec chacune de ses extrémités emboîtée respectivement au fond d'une rainure secondaire 15a,15b longitudinale. Ces rainures secondaires 15a,15b sont disposées respectivement sur chacune des biellettes 8a,8b de manière à être inclinées vers le haut et vers l'avant en position de repos de la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 et inclinées vers le bas et vers l'avant en position de déploiement de ladite barre d'antisoumarinage 7. Le mouvement d'effacement vers le bas et vers l'avant de la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 intervient après que ladite barre d'antisoumarinage 7 ait atteint sa position déployée. Il est obtenu par un glissement de la barre 7 dans les rainures secondaires 15a,15b, glissement limité par des moyens de dissipation d'énergie bien connus de l'homme du métier et qui seront déterminés de manière à limiter l'effort exercé par ladite barre 7 sur l'occupant du siège à des valeurs comprises dans une fourchette allant de 300 à 900 daN. De tels moyens pourront constituer par exemple en des vérins disposés le long des rainures secondaires 15a, 15b, vérins reliant la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 aux biellettes 8a,8. Selon une variante particulièrement avantageuse représentée sur les figures, la dissipation de l'énergie est assurée par les rainures secondaires 15a,15b dont la largeur est inférieure à l'épaisseur des parties de la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 emboîtées dans lesdites rainures 15a,15b. Le fonctionnement en cas de choc est celui illustré sur les figures 3,4,5 et 6. La figure 5 représente l'occupant assis dans le siège, les fesses situées à la limite entre l'assise 1 et le dossier 2, la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 rentrée en position de repos sous le niveau supérieur de l'assise 1. Lors du choc, le prétensionneur provoque une rétraction de la tige 13 qui entraîne un basculement du culbuteur 12 et par suite une rotation de la came 11. Cette rotation se traduit par une rotation identique de la biellette 8b et donc par un déploiement de la barre d'antisoumarinage 7 vers le haut et vers l'avant dans la position représentée sur la figure 2. La barre d'antisoumarinage 7 est encore, à cet instant, rattachée aux biellettes 8a,8b par ses extrémités emboîtées en fond arrière des rainures secondaires 15a,15b, c'est à dire dans sa position la plus élevée possible. L'occupant du siège est entraîné vers l'avant par son inertie et vient appuyer avec ses fesses sur la barre d'antisoumarinage 7, comme il est représenté sur la figure 6. The width of the secondary grooves 15a, 15b and the thickness of the anti-submarining bar 7 are determined so that, for a given force, generally between 300 and 900 daN, the lips of said secondary grooves 15a, 15b move apart, deformed by the ends of the anti-submarining bar 7 driven forward, as shown in solid lines in Figures 3 and 6 and in broken lines in Figure 4. The guidance provided by the secondary grooves 15a, 15b causes a trajectory of the anti-submarining bar 7 towards down and forward shown in Figures 3 and 4. This results in the seat occupant by diving the pelvis forward and down as shown in Figure 6. In the same way as it is possible to program the maximum admissible force, as already seen above, it is also possible to program a variable retaining force exerted by the anti-submarining bar, for example, by varying the width of the secondary grooves 15a, 15b from front to back of seat 1.
