Abstract

The dustbin comprises a hollow steel drilled cylinder (H) which is intended to contain the lethal elements of a home made bomb in the longitudinal plane. It is closed at the base by a drilled steel disc (K) and at the top by a steel cover (A)which has an anti-theft fixing system (P,B). The cover has a synthetic rubber ring (Q), reinforced by a metallic trellis, which is intended to reduce the effect of wrenching of the cover during an explosion and the dispersion of the bomb lethal elements. Another hollow reinforced concrete cylinder (G), internally fluted, reinforces the steel cylinder and stops the bomb fragments.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif composé de plusieurs a évents qui permettent de réaliser une poubelle anti-attentats; 1 'in- térêt de cette invention réside dans le fait que cette poubelle permet de limiter d'une façon importante les effets meurtriers. d'une bombe artisanale placée à l'intérieur d'une poubelle; le dispositif en question comprend selon la figure I, un cylindre en acier laqué, creux et percé (H) d'un diamètre de 40 cm et d'une épaisseur d'au moins 5 m/m destiné à recevoir un sac poubelle (I); ce cylindre (H) est fermé par le bas par une coupelle renversée ou un disque d'acier (K), laqué et percé, d'une épaisseur d'au moins 5 mhm, maintenu sur le cylindre < H) par une multitude de points de soudure (L), il est fermé par le haut par un couvercle en métal (A) qui est équipé, par collage, d'une cou- ronne (Q) en caoutchouc synthétique renforcé à l'aide d'un treillis soudé en câble métallique souple, destinée à limiter les effets de la bombe si cette dernière est placée près de l'ouverture, à limiter la dispersion dee éléments meurtriers de la bombe et à limiter les effets du souffle de l'explosion au niveau du couvercle (A) sur le plan de l'effet d'arrachement; ce couvercle est fixé sur le cylindre (H) par quatre boulons (P) dont la tate est identique à celle des boulons antivols des roues de voitures, chaque boulon prend sa place dans un porte-cadenas en acier inoxydable (9), il est précisé que le cadenas peut titre remplacé par une petite serrure plus esthétique; le cylindre < H) est entouré d'un autre cylindre creux (G) en béton armé (fers ou câble à béton) dont l'intérieur comporte des cannelures (S) destinées à canaliser une partie du souffle de l'explosion et donc à limiter la déformation du cylindre (E), il est entouré par une gaine (F) réalisée avec les matériaux qui servent à confectionner les gilets pare-balles ou avec de la ttle de forte épaisseur si l'on choisi de couler sur place le cylindre en béton armé (G); le cylindre < H) est fixé sur un socle en béton armé (N) comportant des trous (X) et des cannelures (0) pour l'évacuation d'une partie du souffle de l'explosion, à l'aide d'un boulon (J) à tête ronde et empreinte cruciforme facilement arrondissable pour rendre son dévissage très difficile; le cylindre (G) et la gaine (F) sont enfermés dans une enveloppe en métal laqué (E) et un couvercle en plastique, fibre de verre ou métal (C); quatre éléments en béton armé (T), figure 2, sont fixés sur le cylindre en béton (G) (un à chaque angle de l'enveloppe (E) afin qu'un terroriste ne puisse pas glisser des mini-bombes dans ces interstices) à l'aide de tirefonds ou de boulons prenant ancrage dans des chevilles fichées dans des trous percés dans le béton du cylindre en béton (G). The present invention relates to a device composed of several vents which make it possible to produce an anti-terrorist trash can; 1 interest of this invention lies in the fact that this trash can significantly limit the deadly effects. a homemade bomb placed inside a trash can; the device in question comprises, according to FIG.
